II. BACKGROUND AND RATIONALE

Pursuant to DM-CI-2021_234, s. 2022 titled Upskilling of Supervisors


on Inclusive Education, this Division responds to the full implementation of
Inclusive Education this SY 2022-2023 to foster the right of every school-
aged learner to free education. As Inclusive Education is communicated to
every education advocate serving every school community, access to
developmentally appropriate interventions that respond to the individual
needs of the learner is made possible. As it takes a village to educate a child,
the essence of achieving the target of this Activity is of prime importance.
The rollout in the District and School levels prove very beneficial on
for all stakeholders for an in-depth understanding and enhance their KSA
as stewards of the education process flow.

III. OBJECTIVES
1. Update the participants on the implementation of Inclusive
Education.
2. Craft Action Plan for its field implementation.

IV. EXPECTED RESULTS/SUCCESS INDICATORS


1. Rollouts in the district and school levels.
2. Increase enrollment for Learners with Disabilities (LWDs).
3. Production of developmentally-appropriate interventions for the
LWDs.
