RE: FIRE WATCH UPDATE

This letter is to serve as notice that the fire watch order for the above property has been lifted by the Fire
Marshal. The fire alarm was found to be communicating and free of any trouble, supervisory, or alarm
signals after repairs were completed today. The additional items identified in the inspection report still
need to be addressed as soon as possible. Follow-up on these items will occur next week.

Please note that a fire watch may reinstated for the property should conditions warrant. Management and
maintenance is advised to keep watch on the fire protection systems and report any issues discovered as
soon as they are observed. Please feel free to reach out with any additional questions or concerns you may
have regarding this matter.
