Lab preparation (200g batch size):


Prepare all phases. Add Phase B under stirring to Phase A until homogeneous.
Add Phase C under stirring until homogeneous.
Add Phase D and adjust pH to 5 to 5.5.

Specification values:
Mild shampoo formulation with milky appearance.
Conditioning effect through natural Cellulose (EXILVA).
pH value: 5.1 – 5.2
Viscosity (Brookfield: RV 6; Speed 10): 16 600 mPa s after 24 hrs.

Stability:
Stable for atleast 12 weeks at 20°, 40°, 4°C. Centrifugation (4 000 rpm, 15 min.): No separation.
