Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of Analog Addressable Fire Alarm


Control panel with battery back up for 8 hours normal operation and 15 minutes
alarm operation. The control panel, battery charger, etc, software for
programming, shall be UL listed. The panel shall be followed loops capacity. The
1 panel shall consisting with 640 character LCD display and RS 485 for networking.
(The software shall consisting with facility like Upload / down load of information's
to FACP, Graphics compatible to AutoCAD, Detectors information with change in
address / sensitivity etc as required.) Multiple loop capacity can acceptable.

90% loading to be considered on each loop. It is considered to have 250 sensing


devices per 1 loop for estimation purpose, else per manufacturer
recommendation, devices per 1loop can be decided.
