1. In your own understanding and words define strategic planning? Minimum of 40 words.

A business plan is a good example of strategic planning.

It is an organizational management activity that is used to concentrate efforts and resources, set priorities, make sure
that stakeholders and employees are working toward shared objectives, establish consensus regarding intended results,
strengthen operations, and evaluate and change the organization's course in response to a changing environment. Even a
concept plan to create a business opportunity or a project plan to implement a task is also a good example.

2. How will you determine if the strategy planning is effective?

I have a very simple but very practical answer to this, Strategic plan becomes effective when –

 It is put into action as planned

 Reviewed on a regular basis
 Correction is made to adjust the changing dynamics
 Most importantly, sticking to the plan for a reasonable amount of time.

An effective strategy brings vision and execution together.

3. How can you relate or use Strategic Management in Human Resource?

By encouraging productive output and organizational success, HRM improves the bottom line of the business. HRM skilled
leaders take part in the corporate decision-making processes that underpin decisions about human resources. When
handled strategically contributes to an organization’s mission, vision, values, and goals. This, in turn, enables employees
to see where they fit within the organization and helps to shape and define their roles.

4. How you Vision yourself five years from now? What will be your Mission in order to achieve your goal?

After five years, I would like to see myself in the position of team leader with my leadership skills as well as a valuable
person with good knowledgeable skills. In order to achieve it, I need to develop more on to Think strategically, Build
better relationships, Accept responsibility, Develop confidence and presence, Be efficient with your time,
Practice active listening skills, Become more adaptable and Promote change.

Then get busy achieving your personal best.

5. In your own understanding and words define the qualities of effective Human Resources personnel.

No matter what profession you work in, it's important to be an expert in your trade. In order to achieve this success, you
must possess a wide variety of social skills, including professionalism in the workplace, honesty, integrity, good manners,
and a positive attitude.
