BUSINESS PROFILE

JAGI CTECH AND SERVICES is a small start-up business company that aims

To deliver quality hardware and software products. It delivers fast and affordable services

in selling and repairing computer parts. It provides innovative software services to

businesses, offices, and school sectors.

Our business is a partnership; this structure was chosen to best utilize the different

talents of each member. The business is composed of seven computer science students

who share the vision of creating new business innovations and applying our proficiency

and potential in the field of technology.

The JAGI Tech Store and Services will launch initially in one of the member’s house. It is

a temporary decision agreed upon by all members. This is favorable as it avoids excessive

cost structures like business permit, fire department certification, taxes, and so on. As a

start-up, it is wise to prioritize gaining more capital. The business endeavor will start with

undertaking projects for clients in need of software services. The capital to be used for

establishing the hardware start-up will be collected from loans that shall be taken out by

each individual member. A loan in the range of 15k will afford an approximate total of

100k. Combined, the capital taken from the software services and loan is estimated to be

around 200k plus. That amount will be useful for purchasing necessary resources and

materials for the business. Eventually, we may rent our own place as the business grows.

E. Business Owners
The seven owners have come with an agreement of equal rights in owning the
business start-up. Each member shall agree to take a 15k loan to accumulate capital while
the developers shall share 50% of income generated from software services. Since their
fee ranges from 20k to 50k, and it depends on the number of customers.

computer users in this new normal means that almost all business sectors want to have

crowded and sometimes troubled in the different systems. Therefore, our company aims
to make software systems and high-end technological products and services that is
easy, faster and affordable. The people will not worry anymore their time management,
as well as on their security and privacy, because our software system products are
highly secured with advance coding. They will enjoy automated systems anywhere and
everywhere secured and efficiently. Additionally, our cheap but upgraded computer
products are life changing, since it is global and international base which means that it
is timely and capable to keep up with local or international. The customers will surely
benefit with this products and services.

Our customer segment uses classifications for different group categories. The

strategy to target customer will yield us many opportunities in our business. Having a

target demographic is the key to a continual delivery of services. In today's age, a large

part of the population is required to have their own computers, laptops, and many other

technologies. There is an increasing demand for devices that we can accommodate. Our

market demographic consists of those who use the computer regularly for either for work,

gaming, or businesses.

Schools. This includes students and teachers from Davao City which usually seeks

technological assistance and products. They are the primary consumer of our products

and services since a lot of them have all day on with their gadgets and needs upgrade.

Our company also offered automated systems for the school’s ID to have an efficient and

faster check in and check out in schools.

Small Business and Offices. Even big cities like Davao also have small businesses

and offices that needs Software systems that fits their small operations. They are one of

our target market on producing them the products that would really help them to lessen
the burden and time cost of their daily transactions and smoothen their operation. Sales

and Inventory System Monitoring System with SMS can be fitted to small businesses.

Individuals. Refers to anybody that needs our product or services. Nowadays, most

of the people are using gadgets, not just the new generation but also the old ones would

keep up with this technological advancement. It is never been a day without a phone or

technology it also has its part of the day. The company make sure to offer the products

and services needed by the people for their devices.

A. Customer Relationship

Our relationship with customers has a big impact on our business, therefore our

strategy to entice customers into availing our products and services is by giving them

discounts depending on the product they want to purchase. We will use our relation

through our social media platforms and by answering their inquiries through a phone call,

chat, and text.

Automated Service

In this type of relationship, we will use our messenger with an automated chat bot.

This automated chat bot will answer customer inquiries quickly. We will give enough

information about our products and services so as to not keep them waiting.

Personal Assistance

In this type of relationship, the seller and the customer shall interact with one another

to talk, present our products, and answer inquiries from our customer. This is very

important for businesses that are related to selling and repairing computer parts. When it

comes to software services negotiating personal relation to the customer are very

important. Our seller will also offer installment options when paying for products and

services that may seem too expensive to get. We offer online payment through system

like Gcash, Paymaya and Credit card. Text, call, and manual chat is an available option

to assist the customer while purchasing.

Online Communities

We will be engaged in social media activities to build a marketing value and


commercial influence over the internet. We will create our own Facebook page, as well as

our own business website to let the customer know about our products and services.

We will use this type of channel to make the customers aware about our business

products and services. We will use Facebook advertising and our online website to expand

our popularity to the people. This awareness will give information to the customer of where

we are located. What can we offer? And to introduce our available products.

Customer Evaluation
In our Facebook page we will leave the option to write customer feedback after
buying our products and services. This will benefit our business, as it establishes trust and
transactional legitimacy with customers who want to buy our product and services.

Purchase
The customer will purchase our products through our online payments and in face-
to-face transaction payment. Monthly Installments are also accessible if the customers
cannot afford to make a full payment for the computer parts they want to buy.

The main selling point that our business offers are Personal Computers and parts.
Through these our sales will increase and it will help our business to continue in service
of our customer. We will guarantee that the parts will meet the affordable and
reasonable standard price to our business partners.

Strategic places

Our strategy in renting our place is by spotting a high-traffic location. We will


confirm that our warehouse for computer parts is safe and secure from threats like
storms, flood, theft, and fire accidents. Also, in terms of security around the store, we
will install a CCTV camera system to monitor activities inside and outside of our place.
Transportation

For transportation, since we are only a start-up business, we all agreed to use
one of the member’s own vehicle temporarily. In terms of gas and maintenance, we
will deduct it in the share that comes from the software service of our revenue streams.

consistency in this image.

Advertising and Promotion

In order to increase our penetration in the market, this item will have to remain above
this average for a short time. However, we do feel that by utilizing an effective
advertising strategy, our advertising will yield a greater return than in the past.The
JAGITech Software services and computer products will strive to develop the most
recognized and trusted brand for technology services. To expand our customer base
and to extend the image of the company, we plan to aggressively promote the JAGITech
through a combination of online and traditional media advertising, public relations and
participation in trade shows. The company will be promoting JAGITech Software
Services and Computer Products over the Internet through:

This is one of our main operations. The price range that we will offer to them are
reasonable because the average payment for the software service is between 20k –
50k depending on the customer’s preference.

Graphic Design
This is also one of the main operation of our business. Specialties available of
the most demand of our customer are the following Brand Identity, Logo, Packaging,
print, layout, and more graphic services depending on the customer preference.
Computer Parts Selling

This is also one the main operations of our business. The price of each item
depends on the specifications.

Repair Fee

The pricing repair fee of computer parts ranges from 150-250 pesos depending
on the computer parts.

Delivery Fee

Although we offer free delivery in Davao City, there are some customers who will
look for some models of computers parts outside the Matina, Davao City. So, we
decide if the customers demand a delivery outside the operating areas, they will pay a
fee depending on the area.

o Matina – 80 pesos
o Others – 300 -500 pesos (depending on the distance of customer who look for
the model they want.
