BUSINESS PROFILE
JAGI CTECH AND SERVICES is a small start-up business company that aims
To deliver quality hardware and software products. It delivers fast and affordable services
Our business is a partnership; this structure was chosen to best utilize the different
talents of each member. The business is composed of seven computer science students
who share the vision of creating new business innovations and applying our proficiency
The JAGI Tech Store and Services will launch initially in one of the member’s house. It is
a temporary decision agreed upon by all members. This is favorable as it avoids excessive
cost structures like business permit, fire department certification, taxes, and so on. As a
start-up, it is wise to prioritize gaining more capital. The business endeavor will start with
undertaking projects for clients in need of software services. The capital to be used for
establishing the hardware start-up will be collected from loans that shall be taken out by
each individual member. A loan in the range of 15k will afford an approximate total of
100k. Combined, the capital taken from the software services and loan is estimated to be
around 200k plus. That amount will be useful for purchasing necessary resources and
materials for the business. Eventually, we may rent our own place as the business grows.

The team came up with the company slogan “Giving Futures to your Tech” we believe
that technology will be the next future, and we would like to give high end upgrades to your
techs. We want to emphasize the words “Giving Futures” that we want to make advancement
and development in the world of technology.
E. Business Owners
The seven owners have come with an agreement of equal rights in owning the
business start-up. Each member shall agree to take a 15k loan to accumulate capital while
the developers shall share 50% of income generated from software services. Since their
fee ranges from 20k to 50k, and it depends on the number of customers.

to make software systems and high-end technological products and services that is
easy, faster and affordable. The people will not worry anymore their time management,
as well as on their security and privacy, because our software system products are
highly secured with advance coding. They will enjoy automated systems anywhere and
everywhere secured and efficiently. Additionally, our cheap but upgraded computer
products are life changing, since it is global and international base which means that it
is timely and capable to keep up with local or international. The customers will surely
benefit with this products and services.

Our customer segment uses classifications for different group categories. The
strategy to target customer will yield us many opportunities in our business. Having a
target demographic is the key to a continual delivery of services. In today's age, a large
part of the population is required to have their own computers, laptops, and many other
technologies. There is an increasing demand for devices that we can accommodate. Our
market demographic consists of those who use the computer regularly for either for work,
gaming, or businesses.
Schools. This includes students and teachers from Davao City which usually seeks
technological assistance and products. They are the primary consumer of our products
and services since a lot of them have all day on with their gadgets and needs upgrade.
Our company also offered automated systems for the school’s ID to have an efficient and

and offices that needs Software systems that fits their small operations. They are one of
our target market on producing them the products that would really help them to lessen
the burden and time cost of their daily transactions and smoothen their operation. Sales

Individuals. Refers to anybody that needs our product or services. Nowadays, most
of the people are using gadgets, not just the new generation but also the old ones would

Our relationship with customers has a big impact on our business, therefore our
strategy to entice customers into availing our products and services is by giving them
discounts depending on the product they want to purchase. We will use our relation

This automated chat bot will answer customer inquiries quickly. We will give enough

The main selling point that our business offers are Personal Computers and parts.
Through these our sales will increase and it will help our business to continue in service
of our customer. We will guarantee that the parts will meet the affordable and

one of the member’s own vehicle temporarily. In terms of gas and maintenance, we

advertising strategy, our advertising will yield a greater return than in the past.The
JAGITech Software services and computer products will strive to develop the most
recognized and trusted brand for technology services. To expand our customer base
and to extend the image of the company, we plan to aggressively promote the JAGITech
through a combination of online and traditional media advertising, public relations and
participation in trade shows. The company will be promoting JAGITech Software

50k depending on the customer’s preference.

This is also one of the main operation of our business. Specialties available of
the most demand of our customer are the following Brand Identity, Logo, Packaging,
print, layout, and more graphic services depending on the customer preference.
Computer Parts Selling
This is also one the main operations of our business. The price of each item
depends on the specifications.
Repair Fee
The pricing repair fee of computer parts ranges from 150-250 pesos depending
on the computer parts.
Delivery Fee
Although we offer free delivery in Davao City, there are some customers who will
look for some models of computers parts outside the Matina, Davao City. So, we
decide if the customers demand a delivery outside the operating areas, they will pay a
fee depending on the area.
