SUMMARY of SOW

ENGINEERING PROCUREMENT, INSTALLATION,PRE-COMMISSIONING, COMMISSIONING AND START UP OF WI

FLOWLINES

Please refer to the original SOW #00250600BGSC95049 - Appendix 0 Technical Specification SOW REV 4
Paragraph 2 Scope of Work Executive STRATEGY, paragraph 4.1,5.3,5.4 and 5.5 SoW for Water Injection Flowlines
and paragraph 8 Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Pre-commissioning, Commissioning and Start up.

COMPANY requires to perform:

1. 5 No Open Cut Crossings (payable as good will agreed by Contractor 4.3159839 only)
2. 1 WI Tie-ins

The WORK includes all the Project Management, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Pre-Commissioning,
Commissioning and Start up.

COMPANY will free issue to CONTRACTOR the majority of material to be installed, as mentioned in Contract.
CONTRACTOR shall supply remaining material, minor and plant and consumables as described in Appendix 0, Annexes
of Appendix A and deliverables.

CONTRACTOR shall supply material as required by appendix 0 and Appendix A and deliverables of the Contract based
on MTO that shall be checked and revised by Contractor during engineering phase.

CONTRACTOR shall be responsible to collect and transport issued material to his premises or installation place.

The CONTRACTOR, for this Scope of WORK, shall be responsible for defining all the interfaces between these facilities
and other existing/new facilities.

Contractor shall be responsible to define routing of lines and/or endorse Company's preliminary route or corridor.

In addition, the tentative schedule shall be subjected to availability of COMPANY supplied material.

SCHEDULE

Completion date shall be tentatively as below:

1) 12" railway crossings 31/07/2018

2) Tie in additional in HM Existing 21/05/2018

Contractor have 15 days from approved Call off to revise/confirm the completion dates.
In case Contractor will not achieve the completion date LD's shall be applied, counted on the portion of work value subject
to delay only.

All the works shall be completed in full compliance with Article 34 of the Contract General Conditions and Article 27 of the
Contract Special Conditions.
Company reserve the right to change the location if necessary according to Oil field development indication.
