II. Rationale

This activity is entitled “Ignite the Torch of Resiliency: Kapit-

Bisig sa Pagbangon”. An outreach and a charity program that aims to

help Flood victims. This project will be composed of various activities such

as, Relief operations where relief goods will come from various charity

sponsors and donations.


To make this activity more meaningful a short program will be

added. Some games and activities will be conducted and for last, a

feeding program to give foods to the community.

III. Objectives

1. To provide at least basic necessities to flood victims.

2. Ignite the resilient spirit of Filipinos

3. To have a little fun and light on a dark time.
