1. Study the documents and follow web links added under LO 2 on Moodle and
Participate in Discussion Forums 6, 7 & 8 on Moodle by posting your brief
discussions and commenting on at least 3 discussions of your colleagues.

2. Attempt the below learning outcome 2 question, produce an answer on Microsoft


word document and send directly to the module tutor via the personal Microsoft
@Teams Chat.

Tutorial Question
Communication plans go a long way in assisting managers to influence stakeholders in the
supply chain. Analyze key issues a CPO should consider when creating a communication
plan. [25 Marks]
[When dissecting the answers, ensure to demonstrate remembering, understanding,
application and analysis.]

NB: The tutor will provide personalized feedback. Feedback will be subject to
