1DEED OF DONATION

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

INOCENCIO D. LAGBO, Filipino, of legal age, and with residence in Barangay


Totoringon and FLORENCIO D. LAGBO, Filipino, of legal age, and with residence in
Barangay Totoringon, referred to hereinafter as the Donor;

The City of Catbalogan, a local government unit duly created and existing under
Philippine laws, with official address at the Catbalogan City Hall, Rizal Avenue, Catbalogan
City, represented herein by its Mayor, DEXTER M. UY, by virtue of Sangguniang
Panglungsod Resolution No. __________. The same is hereafter referred to as the Donee,

W i t n e s s e t h:

Whereas, the Donor are children of BASILIO LAGBO, the registered owner of a
parcel of land situated in Barangay TOTORINGON, Catbalogan City, which is included in
the project of the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) FY 2023 Local
Government Support Fund – Support to Barangay Development Program (LGSF-SBDP) of
the National Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (NTF-ELCAC) granted to
the Donee, described as follows, to wit:

(_____________) square meters, more or less, located in Barangay
Totoringon, Catbalogan City, Samar, and covered by Original Certificates
of Title (“OCT”) No. ____________________ in the name of the father of
the Donor;

Whereas, the Donee is spearheading a project known as the DILG FY 2023 LGSF-
SBDP.

Whereas, the Donor desires to donate portion of the above described property to
the Donee with a total area of _____________ square meters, to be used for the DILG
projects: Provision of renewable energy-based electrification at Brgy. Totoringon and
Rehabilitation/Improvement of School Building at Brgy. Totoringon;

Now, therefore, the Donors, for and in consideration of their desire to help the
Donee, do hereby donate, convey and transfer unto it a portion of the above described
properties.

The Donor warrant that it is the legal and rightful owners of the abovementioned
property and undertake to defend the title and/or possession of the Donee should there be
any threat thereto.
The Donee hereby accepts the donation and conveyance unconditionally and with
gratitude.

This Donation is subject to the condition that the Donee shall use the subject
property for public purpose only and for the purposes above stated.
