This is to inform you that from today onwards every conversation


with CRM, Accounts, HR, Marketing and Admin will be done via
email only. No directly or face to face conversation allowed.

The office timings:

Monday to Sunday is 10:00 AM to 7.00PM.


1. Week off will be as follows

I. Tuesday will be fix off for sales team (no any other off or
alternative off).
II. Sunday will be week off for teams other than sales.
There would be two tea breaks with a lunch break from 1:30 PM
to 2:00 PM. Tea Break from 11:00 AM- 11:15 AM & 4:00 PM –
4:15 PM.
I. New Team Leaders should be come in office before 11 am.
II. New Team Leaders have a target of minimum one sale from
second month, also minimum 10 visit in first month.
III. Team leader should have no involvements in attendance,
formals and any other pantry related issue it’s necessary for
Team Leaders to focus on sales only.
IV. For telecallers there must be a minimum 130-150 connected
call in a day.
V. For Joining / termination of any employee we must have to
follow our Joining / termination policy. Only authorized person
has right to join / terminate of any employee after following
proper policy.

Process for marking attendance:


a. Attendance needs to be marked on arrival to the
office.
b. The attendance is to be marked in the Biometric
attendance machine. The Attendance Logbook and
Biometric Attendance machine (where applicable).
Failure to mark attendance in any one of the above
shall be considered as absence. This may result in
warning and LWP.
c. Any wrong or proxy attendance shall be treated as LWP
(leave without Pay).
II. Any employee arriving to office later than the official work
timing shall be considered as Late-Coming.
III. Up to 3 Late-Comings, not more than 15 mints, are allowed
per employee per month. If the late coming more than 3
times than you will be needed joined approval of HR & TL
IV. For any arrival in excess of 3 Late-Comings 1/2 day CL
would be automatically deducted. In case of insufficient CL
leave balance the deduction would be made from the EL
balance.
V. The company follows No Work No Pay philosophy.
Therefore any unauthorized absence would result in loss of
wages for particular days.
VI. In case any employee needs to visit a client or travel on tour
or go for a meeting locally he/she needs to seek an approval
from the Reporting Authority at least 1 day in advance and
submit to HR. For all out-station tours, the approval should
be taken at least 1 week in advance and submit to HR.
VII. All approvals should be submitted on or before 2 nd last day of every
month.

2. Policy on Dress Code


Objective:
To clarify the acceptable and not-acceptable attire that may be
worn by employees at the workplace.
Formals Mandatory for all employees.
Details:
1. The employees are advised to wear clothes that reflect
professional appearance and business like image.
Therefore, attire that is formal or semi-formal may be worn.
Casual attire is not encouraged.
2. In order to lend clarity to what may be worn, a brief list of
examples is given below.

a. Acceptable attire:
i. For Men:
Full or half sleeves shirts with or without tie,
Trousers with or without belt, Leather shoes -
moccasins or with laces, worn with socks. The
pattern on Shirts may be small checks or pin / thin
stripes or they may be plain preferably light /
pastel shades. Suits - two or three piece. Smart
semi-formal T-Shirts with collars.

For Ladies:
Formal Dress, Trousers, Formal shirt, Blazer,
Business suits.
From 5th June Business suits are mandatory for
sales employees

b. Not acceptable attire:


i. Big bold flowers or prints
ii. Gaudy or very bright or fluorescent colors
iii.Beach sandals
iv. Bathroom / Hawai slippers or Flip flops
v. Sports shoes, unless there is a specific official
sporting activity on that day or a medical reason.
vi. Round neck T-Shirts. Top, jeans
Tuesday can be causal if required.
