place costing Rs. 2.5 Crore. Assume suitable data.
b) Suggest the suitable rent per month for a building having plot
area of 300  m2 purchased at Rs. 300/m2 construction area is
of 150  m2@ Rs. 1500/m2.
Total outgoing are 30% of gross rent
Returns expected on construction cost @ 12%
