The data are collected monthly/quarterly, and summarized from the report which is
accessible from a web interface via SharePoint. Over the company intranet, only
authorized user can access to system and run reports from their desktop using web
browser. The application consists the following:
• SSRS Reports
• SQL Server Data schema
• Source system extracts

This project handled by me with duration 4 months, project goes live on scheduled.

2. SAP Data Extraction from Finance (PETRONAS GAS BERHAD)


By using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), perform a broad range of data migration
tasks via SSIS which it provides fast and flexible data warehousing tool used for data
extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL). Then automate maintenance of SQL
Server databases and updates to multidimensional cube data.

My tasks of implementation as:


a) SAP R3 will generate batch files on day end process and monthly basis. All the
source files will FTP to secure folder for extractions.
b) SQL SSIS will read source file and extract into staging database for data
manipulation.
c) SQL SSIS will perform data cleansing, check for consistency, maintain audit
history, detect changes dimension, and perform batch updates.
d) After complete all process on staging area, SSIS will load process data into data
warehouse table

3. TimeTrack Application
Time Track Analytic System is an application to address company staff attendance and
total hours spent in office through an integrated. It provides solution which allows
organization to analyse and manage staff attendance and monitor total hours spent in
the office efficiently by accurately tracking the incoming and outgoing attendance within
organization. The daily attendance and hours spent in office will be calculated in detailed
and summarized from the report which is accessible from a web interface via
SharePoint.

My tasks of implementation as:


a) Involved in ETL process via SSIS and created new reports in SSRS
b) Deployed the new report to Sharepoint, database is MS SQL 2008 R2
c) This report is for HOD and any authorized user can access to system and run reports.
User can download the report into excel format which has toggle functions to drill
down to lower level’s data.

4. PETRONAS Dagangan Berhad (PDB) Customer Analytics Loyalty Performance


PDB Customer Analytics built on an innovative and comprehensive BI platform that
delivers a full range of BI capabilities on a next-generation architecture designed for true
enterprise deployment. It will enable the organization to address the need to support a
large number of concurrent users with a single, logical view of all enterprise data, and
provide business users with new levels of self-sufficiency to access, interact with, and
utilize this information to increase effectiveness, all within a secure framework. It also

will provide true end user ad hoc analytic capabilities in a pure Web architecture, and
easily addresses business requirement for an intuitive, user-friendly web interface.

Scope to implementation as:


o Study the PDB Customer Analytics that contain 8 dashboard (Business Objects
xCelsius) and 15 reports requirement (Web Intelligence).
o Data mapping in system requirement specification and built data mart, Business
Objects Universe and OLAP
o Design and implement 8 Dashboards by using xCelsius connectivity to BO data
mart via web services

Research the Roambi and SAP Business Objects BI OnDemand, prepared a presentation
demo for our Petronas ICT Day. For the SAP Business Objects BI on Demand, it intuitive
interface to supports a streamlined process to upload spread sheets, bring in data from
multiple sources, and explore data using search and browse functionality. Then, create
accurate, timely dashboards and reports for IPAD and IPhone business user.

7. Production Sharing Agreement Report (PSA Report)


PSA Report built on BI platform that delivers a full range of BI capabilities. During the
period end financial closing, 11 PSA Reports needs to be submitted to Host Government.

Scope of implementation as:


• ETL via SAP Business Objects Data Services and extracted data source table
from ECC 6

1) Change Management Reporting (CMR)
o I'm the core person to handle for an external Change Management Report
that wrote with Python script by extracting the data from all regional Change
Management of SAP Solution Manager in web-based environment via IIS.
o This is a dashboard reporting system that able to let all end users market to
check each Regional Change Request through the web application by using
Python script, Python Extra Packages, SQL, includes technical background in
multiple Programming Languages (Java, Java script).

2) Change Management in SAP Solution Manager


o I'm working within a controlled environment with understanding of Change
Management principles. I'm worked on a Regional/Global system serving
multiple businesses /markets with strong analytical and reasoning skills.
o I setup the new Change Management for global satellite system in different
regional and end market user to create and maintain the Change Request
through SolMan, completely whole process on defined the IBASE, number
range, and email condition setting for each transaction type on SPRO,
mapping the region and defined the authorization role for user to create CR.

3) Change Advisory Board (CAB) Process

I was one of the CAB member to manage all SAP Solution Manager's change
request, I will analysis and advice to the implementation of Changes throughout
the approval CAB process

4) Maintenance Certificate
o Setup the new function to automate the distribution of maintenance
certificate over 30's critical satellite production system which under the Max
Attention Contract. The setup modules covered the RFC Connection through
Wizard, SOLMAN_WORKCENTER, SDCCN and Maintenance Packages on
satellite system. Whole setup process met the deadline.
o I prepared the documentation for basis approach, business approach and
technical setup approach, training provided to support team in India.

5) Early Watch Alert


o Setup EWA for 30 critical production systems listed in the SAP Max Attention
contract. is a alert report of customers SAP system given by SAP active global
support after collecting systems data contains (reports and solution note)
identified potential problems at an early stage system bottlenecks system
performance and stability.
o An automatic email of the report will be sent to the intended internal mailing
list weekly. Red alert for production systems will be sent to SAP support
automatically for further analysis.

6) Maintenance Optimizer
o Setup the maintenance optimizer over 30's critical satellite production
system which under the Max Attention Contract.
o The Maintenance Optimizer suggests relevant product versions and systems
for maintenance, based on SAP Solution Manager system landscape data,
and leads through the steps to download and implement the product
maintenance files for each systems

7) Project Documentation / Structure / Blue Print & Configuration


o Setup the project to end market user to proceed the documentation and test
case through SolMan Project Documentation. I provided training to the users.

8) Trusted RFC
o Trusted RFC connection is a main pre-requisites activity in SOLMAN.
o Setup the Trusted RFC from SAP Solution Manager to managed systems
through Wizard on SMSY. Then, manage the checking on SM59 and SMT1
transaction code to ensure the Trusted RFC is built correctly.

9) Incident Management with Remedy System
o I managed the General Issues Ticket and Authorization Ticket via Remedy,
assigned tickets to first support team in India.
o I managed the SAP Solution Manager ticket with Support Team in India by
weekly, checked through the open tickets and provide solution for support
team. If the tickets consider a change, I will picked up and follow up via
Change Management via CAB process.

10) Enhanced CTS+


o Attended a workshop that provided by SAP team which about the setup
guide of Enhance CTS+. After the workshop, I helped my team to setup the
enhanced CTS+ for Global Portal team.
o Take part of the authorization for Global Portal user to access the transport
the TR through CTS+ Browser and STMS on SAP Solution Manager.

11) Authorization
o Understand our solution manager landscape, develop the authorization
which alignment with BAT standard naming convention for projects, regional
programs, users records, user groups and authorization roles.

12) Roadmap
o Roadmaps are part of the SAP Solution Manager which contain the standard
SAP implementation methodology and cover the most important aspects and
phases of a SAP implementation.
o Setup the roadmap for end market team, managed to assign the keywords,
status and project team member for the roadmap structure.

13) Learning Map


o A learning map presents brief information about the learning units, and links
to the training material, in HTML format. When new solutions and functions
are implemented, the end users must be trained in the new functions which
they will use.
o I generate learning maps for the end user tasks from the existing project
structure.
o Training provided to global users in different regional.

(SOLAR02) for global end markets user, manage to guide user to organize
tests in the Test Plan Management transaction (STWB_2) and perform tests

provides a single point of access for testers to perform testing in different
satellite systems through Trusted RFC.

o Attended a End to End (E2E) Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Setup Workshop (5
days) that provided by SAP which cover topics as Pilot RCA setup in BAT
landscape on Solman SP18 EhP1, Precheck for RCA Solman / Portal, RCA
setup and verification (Basic / Managed Configuration), BI Setup / Wily EM
Upgrade / SMSY / Solution Define / Managing setup wizard, Portal (SMD
Agent install / Managed setup result / E2E App.checks), Knowledge transfer
session on-spot on PreCheck / right approach of basic / managed setup
configuration, Usage of E2E Application Tools and Solution Manager sizing.

XCelsius 4.5, Web Intelligence and Dashboard Manager XI with the database MS SQL
2005 and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS). This new implementation was a
web-based reporting that specially for the top management of Alliance Bank
Malaysia Berhad. The scope of the reporting includes the modules in Analytics,
Credit and Collection, Financial Human Capital, Operation and Compliance, Sales
and Risk.

About the domain knowledge for internet banking, I do have the experience on
setup the Domain and Active Directory which uses DNS as its domain controller
location mechanism for distribution the Automotive Dashboard Reporting System
via Business Object. So, I managed the installation and configuration for the server,
controlled the workgroup and assessment. For security purposes, I do build a secure
infrastructure using digital certificates with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) on an
Information Services (IIS) to distribute the critical risk management reporting.
