The call to express thy knowledge learned and the interest to practice these learnings hold great
honor to be part of the continuum legacy of the Department of Education.

I undersigned, would like to inform your good office of my intention for RESIGNATION from
my position as teacher I at Boalan Elementary School, effective on July 15, 2023.

In my four years of teaching experience in Department of Education, I can humbly say that I
have developed professionally and holistically. Fortunately, an opportunity knocks my door
where I can enhance my developed skills as an International Exchange Cultural Educator in
United States. They offered me a teaching position at Holly Hill Elementary School, Orangeburg
County, South Carolina, USA, and I am expected to start the program by July 24, 2023.
Furthermore, I have already been approved for a US J1 visa, Exchange Visitor Program Last
February 27, 2023.

Please see attached Certificate of Eligibility (DS2019) and educator contract with my sponsor,
Foreign Academic and Cultural Exchange Services, Inc for your reference.

It is my earnest request that you will approve my resignation on the effective date stated above.
Before I depart, I will ensure that I have settle all the duties and responsibilities required of me.
