1. Blowing –Filing –Capping Combiblok

General description:
High-speed rotary filling PET bottles blow-filling-capping Combi-block is based on "high-speed
blow molding machine unit ", " high-speed filling machine unit “and " high speed capping machine
unit " ,equipped with control system and on-line detection system. Through the optical, mechanical,
electricity, gas, liquid and other disciplines comprehensive application with image recognition
technology , the application of synchronous servo control system , allowing customers to achieve the
integration of multiple unit control and production equipment , achieve the production line scientific
layout , seamless and integrated control , improve the entire line of production efficiency, reduce
investment costs, reduce energy consumption and maintenance costs of the integrated production
capabilities.

a. Blow moulding part:


☆ Automatic Preform Unscrambler:
1) Base taking, base feeding, bottle taking and bottle arranging fully are automatically completed
with manipulator for avoiding middle pollution.
2) The design of the recycling unit prevents the preform from getting bound up in the unscrambler.
3) The star wheel design of the feeding unit provides the lowest possible changeover times for
switching to different perform sizes.
☆ Linear Heating Oven:
1) A mandrel capable of turning 180 degrees guarantees uniform neck section during the heating. A
unique oven ventilation system enables the blowing system to handle various difficult applications
easily.
2) Water cooling plate: cooling bottle neck is to avoid neck deformation during heating.
3) Infrared heat lamps:
i). Lamp unit is individually adjustable;
ii). Lamp gripper is adjustable as angle changes;
iii). Lamp rod is adjustable in length, which is good for bottom heating;
☆ Advantage of Rotary Automatic Stretch-Blow Molding Machine
1) With SIMENS PLC controlling system to ensure high precision and fast speed;
2) High eligible rate: above 99.7%;
3) Molds and Mold Carriers.
The mold carrier with a shell blow mold design; this reduces the changeover time for different blow
molds. The Mold carriers accommodate all shell type molds from conventional blow molding
machines, this saves time and expense for bottle producer. Moreover, the reliable quick locking
system maximizes the performance of the mold carriers.

☆ Blowing Station
A changeable cam for the stretching curve guider guarantees the form quality for different bottle size.
Monobloc blowing valves achieve the fastest and most consistent blowing process possible. Bottle
necks are protected during blowing stage by a specially designed sealing unit.

b. Filling part:

☆ We introduce into HBM weighting technology for the filling machine, and design & manufacture

by ourselves with gravity filling principle.

☆ Each filling unit has weighing and feedback system, controlled by pneumatic valve, can fill the

filling amount of each filling unit and a single micro adjustment.

☆ Photoelectric sensors, proximity switches, and so on are advanced sensor components, so that no

bottle no filling.

☆ Material contact parts are made of 316L stainless steel material, in accordance with the food

production standard.

☆ Double cylinder control to ensure the filling accuracy in ±2g.

☆ High inclined bucket type centrifugal sealing cap, less wear of cap, anti cap rate is low.

☆ The machine is automatically controlled by PLC, fault on line display, like bottle block, cap

shortage etc.

☆ The key parts and electric elements of the machine are adopt import products.

c. Capping parts:
The capping rotates through reduction box drive rotational wheel, which make the cap leave the
hopper with the function of centrifugal force. There is a separation device for right cap and reverse
cap at the entrance, when the reverse cap passes, the cap automatically fall into and return to
pipeline, and blow the reverse cap automatically to hopper through wind power. Only right cap
could enter into skids smoothly, the volume of cap inside of hopper will be automatic inspected by
electric switch to control cap conveyor, and that ensures best effect of cap down. When the right cap
enters into the slide way, it could smoothly enter into cap feed plate, to prevent accidents, there is an
anti reverse cap drive plate device to match with slide way, to ensure that the access to the cap feed
plate is correct. The slide way is also equipped with a pair of photoelectric switch, when testing no
cap, then an immediate halt to the host. In order to effectively remove non-anti-theft ring bad caps
and cleanup additional caps in hopper, there is an active exit in front of the hopper exit can meet this
function.

2. OPP Labeling Machine

Concept of machine operation:


1. This is roll-fed type labeler where label is supplied from roll.
2. Labels loaded in roll stand are pulled through guide rails and rollers by feed roller.
3. Sensor detects I-mark during labels going through feed roll.
4. Location of I-Mark is recognized, then the controller calibrates & controls the speed of feeding roller
and decides the correct cutting point on label.
5. After passing feeding roller, the labels come into & are cut in label cutting part, and cut labels are
delivered to vacuum drum.
6. When vacuum drum turns and sensor detects labels on vacuum drum, hot melt glue roller goes into
& put the glue on labels.
7. Glued label is delivered to main drum and faces to bottle coming out of in-feed star wheel with
regular distance. Wrap-around labeling is completed on the roll-on-pad.
8. Labeled bottles are discharged to the next process through discharge star wheel under very stable
condition without container-fall-down.

Design & fabricate to consider precise fabrication & uniform vacuum degree
since the position of cut label at vacuum drum influences the volume and
position of glue.
The surface of drum is coated with heat & pressure resistant material to
guarantee the precision and durability for long time (made of duralumin plate,
not centrifugal cast mould).
Vacuum manifold under the drum and cutter, made of heat & wear resistant
special material and needed no lubrication for long period, guarantees long
durability for long operation.
Modular design makes it possible to quick-change the parts for different
container size, even beginner to handle it easily.
Cut the label which is fed from roll (reel) at regular length by means of
Eye-mark sensor and control system and transfer it to the vacuum drum.
Should take care of the electric static and curing on labels which will obstruct
the smooth label transfer. Thereupon we provide some function to cope with
that problem by controlling the vacuum degree and air volume.
Label cutting Rotary cutter cuts the label at any speed smoothly, the specially fabricated &

3. PE Film Shrink-wrapping Machine

(1). General description:


This shrink packing machine is one kind of advanced secondary packing machine in beverage industry, specially
designed for (canned, bottled) beverage manufacture line. Its function is that wrap one tier of packing film in
advance outside of bottle group, the packing material mainly uses LDPE (low density polyvinyl-chloride), and
then packing material is shrunk through heating and cling with the package, thus complete the packing process.

The whole machine includes conveyor, packing machine, shrink machine, cooling tunnel, no-power conveyor and

Bottle-feeding conveyor:
☆ It consist of ball guardrail、ball bottle-dividing board and multi-section conveyors, to realize the bottles
parse.
Head machine:
☆ It is includes frame, feeding bottle part, bottle divided part, Bottle pushing part, wrapping film part, etc.
☆ Feeding bottle part transports the bottles to bottle divided part, front transport and rear transport.
☆ Bottles divided part will arrange the PET bottles as packing form so as to wrap film.
☆ Bottle pushing part pushes the packages to wrapping film area.
☆ Film- outspreading provide film for the packages
☆ Wrapping film: As product measure, through servo system controls the supply of film. Finish the wrapping film
automatically synchronous.
Heating shrink machine:
☆ It is consist of shrink parts. In charge of heating & shrinking the wrapped package, let the film shrunk oven
under the setting temperature, close to the surface of package, and wrap the package tightly, to achieve the
purpose of packing.
☆ The film of wrapped packages will be shrunk symmetrically in heating shrink tunnel.
Cooling:
☆ The enhanced cooling shaping passage can quickly turn the film into high strength status that is conveniently
stored and transport.
Product transport:
☆ Finished product will be pushed to the no-power conveyor and convenient for conveying.

4. Filled Bottle Conveyor System

Main features:
1. Stable conveying, using synchronous chasing control between the conveying belt and engine,
making bottles in good condition in the conveying: non-falling, non-block, non-jam. And the cushion
platform can be set before labeling machine, when the label is changed, the filling machine can keep
working, no need to stop and waiting. The filled product during this period will be stored by the
cushion, when label changing is finished, labeling machine will label the stored product in a high
speed, and producing speed recovered.
2. Conveying belt is designed by module, component can be interchanged easily, structure is
compact, noise is little, easy assembling and maintaining, have flexibility to combine the bottle type
according to the different capacity.
3. The design of electrical control is advanced and rational, we can design the control method, select

Ⅶ. After-Service
Installation and commissioning
After the equipments arrived buyer's workshop, the buyer should take it's place for each equipment
according to the supplied layout; the seller will send the experienced technician to guide the
installation and debugging and trail production, and fulfil the designed capability within the
designed time. The installation, debugging and training is about 40~45 days.
Training
The seller will supply technical training to the buyer. The training is includes: equipment structure
and maintenance, control and operation. After training, the technicians of the buyer will grasp
relevant operation and maintenance skills, and could adjust the technologies more skilled, and can
deal with all kinds of malfunction in time.
After-sales service
1) After qualified of the equipment, the seller will supply one year guarantee, control system one
year guarantee, free charge for wearing parts, and other spare parts with cost price. Within
guarantee period, the technicians who accepted training should strictly obey the requirements asked
by the seller to operate the equipments and maintenance, to find the common malfunctions and fault
clearing in time; if the technicians of the buyer couldn't solve the problems themselves, the
after-sales department will supply long range guide service by phone; if relevant measurements
couldn't solve the problems, the seller will send the technicians to the buyer factory, clear the fault
or relevant technical problems on site, the charges will reference to the installation and debugging
