High-speed rotary filling PET bottles blow-filling-capping Combi-block is based on "high-speed

☆ Blowing Station
A changeable cam for the stretching curve guider guarantees the form quality for different bottle size.
Monobloc blowing valves achieve the fastest and most consistent blowing process possible. Bottle
necks are protected during blowing stage by a specially designed sealing unit.
b. Filling part:
☆ We introduce into HBM weighting technology for the filling machine, and design & manufacture

c. Capping parts:
The capping rotates through reduction box drive rotational wheel, which make the cap leave the
hopper with the function of centrifugal force. There is a separation device for right cap and reverse
cap at the entrance, when the reverse cap passes, the cap automatically fall into and return to
pipeline, and blow the reverse cap automatically to hopper through wind power. Only right cap
could enter into skids smoothly, the volume of cap inside of hopper will be automatic inspected by
electric switch to control cap conveyor, and that ensures best effect of cap down. When the right cap
enters into the slide way, it could smoothly enter into cap feed plate, to prevent accidents, there is an
anti reverse cap drive plate device to match with slide way, to ensure that the access to the cap feed
plate is correct. The slide way is also equipped with a pair of photoelectric switch, when testing no
cap, then an immediate halt to the host. In order to effectively remove non-anti-theft ring bad caps
and cleanup additional caps in hopper, there is an active exit in front of the hopper exit can meet this
function.

Design & fabricate to consider precise fabrication & uniform vacuum degree
since the position of cut label at vacuum drum influences the volume and
position of glue.
The surface of drum is coated with heat & pressure resistant material to
guarantee the precision and durability for long time (made of duralumin plate,
not centrifugal cast mould).
Vacuum manifold under the drum and cutter, made of heat & wear resistant
special material and needed no lubrication for long period, guarantees long
durability for long operation.
Modular design makes it possible to quick-change the parts for different
container size, even beginner to handle it easily.
Cut the label which is fed from roll (reel) at regular length by means of
Eye-mark sensor and control system and transfer it to the vacuum drum.
Should take care of the electric static and curing on labels which will obstruct
the smooth label transfer. Thereupon we provide some function to cope with
that problem by controlling the vacuum degree and air volume.
Label cutting Rotary cutter cuts the label at any speed smoothly, the specially fabricated &

part coated face minimizes the generation of static.
Knife made of special material guarantees long life and smooth cuts at any
speed and located at front for quick and easy knife replacement and gap
adjustment.
Independent vacuum pump serves the uniform vacuum degree and the
control valve is placed at easy adjustment position.
Frame is the base of precision and durability in machine so we use the best
quality steel material (25T).
Remove internal stress completely through the special annealing (5~6 hours
holding time at 650°C) & milling process prior to fabrication and proceed the
holes by the floor boring precisely (NOT gas cutting), to guarantee noise-less

Ⅶ. After-Service
Installation and commissioning
After the equipments arrived buyer's workshop, the buyer should take it's place for each equipment
according to the supplied layout; the seller will send the experienced technician to guide the
installation and debugging and trail production, and fulfil the designed capability within the
designed time. The installation, debugging and training is about 40~45 days.
Training
The seller will supply technical training to the buyer. The training is includes: equipment structure
and maintenance, control and operation. After training, the technicians of the buyer will grasp
relevant operation and maintenance skills, and could adjust the technologies more skilled, and can
deal with all kinds of malfunction in time.
After-sales service
1) After qualified of the equipment, the seller will supply one year guarantee, control system one
year guarantee, free charge for wearing parts, and other spare parts with cost price. Within
guarantee period, the technicians who accepted training should strictly obey the requirements asked
by the seller to operate the equipments and maintenance, to find the common malfunctions and fault
clearing in time; if the technicians of the buyer couldn't solve the problems themselves, the
after-sales department will supply long range guide service by phone; if relevant measurements
couldn't solve the problems, the seller will send the technicians to the buyer factory, clear the fault
