Undersigned respectfully enters his appearance as counsel for complainant


JESUS P. MENESES. It is therefore requested that henceforth, undersigned counsel’s
appearance be entered and he be furnished with copies of all notices, orders, resolutions,
decisions and other processes of the Honorable Office in connection with the instant case.

As counsel’s services has only recently been engaged, undersigned further prays

that he be given an extension of ten (10) days from April 30, 2012 or up to May 10,

2012 within which to file and/or submit complainant JESUS P. MENESES’s position

paper..

PRAYER
WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is most respectfully prayed of this
Honorable Office that the appearance of the undersigned as counsel for complainant
JESUS P. MENESES be DULY ENTERED and it please issue an order granting the
respondent an extension of ten (10) days from April 30, 2012 or up to May 10, 2012
within which to file and/or submit his position paper.
