We are looking for young and enthusiastic candidates to join our team.

Details of MT - Sales Program:

Duration: 12 months

Duties and Responsibilities:

 Generating new leads and getting new restaurants to be onboarded with ‘EazyDiner’.
 Visiting different restaurants and negotiating deals.
 Instore Brand visibility and execute company's policy and strategies.
 Keeping abreast with information regarding the food & beverage industry and the
restaurant and hotel industry.
 Keep a close eye on competition and be smart to strategize various campaigns to keep
‘EazyDiner’ as the most preferred platform for users/guests and restaurant partners.
 Submitting the Sales report to Sales Manager in a timely manner.
 Enrolling and maintaining productive relationships with clients.
 Achieving targets for restaurant reservation revenues and website advertising revenues.
 Achieving software revenue targets by selling digital software (SAAS) to restaurants.
 Work with restaurants to bring huge value to users/guests while protecting the interest
of the partnered restaurants.
 Keep the restaurant information updated and up to-date with latest menus, offerings
and details.
 Enrolling and maintaining productive relationships with corporate bookers.
 Work in close coordination with Concierge team to convert queries into materialized
reservations.
 Any other responsibility assigned by your reporting manager.

Training Period:

 This is an on-the-job sales training program. You will work as Management Trainee -
Sales for an initial duration of twelve months.
 This will be a target-based field sales role.
 A performance review will be conducted after 6 months. You will continue working as a
Management Trainee post 6 months basis your performance in first 6 months. The
company reserves the right to terminate the program in case of non – performance.

Location:

 The candidate should be open to work in any Tier 1 or Tier 2 city as per company’s
requirement.

Compensation and Benefits:

Monthly stipend during training period (twelve months):

Stipend during training 20,000


Accommodation Allowance (May
vary between 5,000 to 8,000
depending upon the city) 5,000
Meal Allowance (On actual) 3,600
Travel Allowance (On actual) 5,000
Total 33,600

*Management Trainees are also entitled to earn incentives as per incentive policy applicable from time to
time

*Accommodation allowance will only be provided if posted in a location other than your native place
