Single product import format

Single product import format refers to the product files exported by the cashier
software to match the corresponding logo selected by the upper computer, and then
generates a format that can be imported into the upper computer and downloaded
to the scale. If the cashier software does not have the corresponding download
interface, the cashier software and the scale can be connected in this way
1、Press the hidden key to call out the single product import format: after logging in
to the upper computer, press the computer keyboard Shift + Ctrl + 8, and then the
[single product import format] option will appear under the upper computer [tool]
bar, and click Open

2、After entering the single product import format, select the original file type and import, you
can import excel and txt two formats, txt file also need to select the content separator, Tab
(space) (;) semicolon, (comma), if not these three separators, click [other] enter the separator,
select click open, import the file for editing
3、After opening the original file, will import the first line of the file content, the character
content of the first line and the upper computer identification suffix name selection matching,
red item is required, also can customize add fixed value, such as the original barcode 1 for 12
barcode replaced with 2 barcode, barcode 1 can not choose the value in the original file, select
NULL, and then the value input 2

4. distinction between weight and count goods: If there are count and weight goods in a group of
goods, we need to distinguish in the [weight unit] option, as follows:
 All goods are weight counting goods: in the weight unit suffix name, select the
corresponding weight identification option in the file, or select NULL, and the value is input
to 0
 The exported goods have count and weight: in this case must be the area document
indicates the weighing method identification, with Chinese characters directly marked, also
have a digital representation, choose the correct logo corresponding, you can import the
goods according to the correct weighing way,
For example: this group of goods is by jin and one to distinguish the weight method, the weight
unit to count the weight of the goods as the selection item, replace the value of the input jin, so
after import, in addition to the jin of goods, will default to count the goods
For example, this set of goods is 0 for weight, 1 for count, the unit of weight is the weight for
selection item, and the replacement value is entered into 0, so that goods except 0 logo will
default to count goods
4、After the format correspondence is completed, you need to name and save the production
format, enter the name and the suffix name corresponding to the original file, click save, when
importing the goods will display the production format name, choose this format can import the
original file
