Ensure Pressurising Inlet Valve M3 or Any is Open. Normal

Ensure M5 or Any pressurised outlet valve is open. Normal

Operation / After Filling.

3 Ensure M1 or Any Lower filling Valve is closed.

4 Ensure M2 or Any Upper filling Valve is closed.

5 Ensure B1 or Any Gas Blow Valve is closed.

6 Ensure B2 or Any Overflow Liquid detect Valve is closed.

7 Ensure M6 PRV valve is middle vertical Position.

8 Ensure PV8 vent valve is closed.

9 Ensure M4 or any Liquid delivery valve is open.

10 Ensure Auxillary outlet valve is closed.

Ensure Tank Pressure to higher side by 2 Kg/cm2 with respect to

set pressure of PRV of Outlet line.

12 Donot operate PRV station inlet & outlet Valve is always Open.

13 Ensure drain valve is always closed of outlet line.

Ensure outlet line pressure is not more than 15 kg/cm2 &

minimum 4 Kg/cm2

15 Ensure Outlet line header valve is open if any mention in remark.

16 Ensure Dry Sand available in fire bucket.

17 Ensure availability of fire extinguisher in tank farm.

18 Ensure Gate is closed of Tank Premises.
