RESPONSIBILITIES

 Check and inspection power, electrical, mechanical, etc. Used by the workers at the job site to
secure in good condition to avoid any incident happened.
 Monitoring the workers at job site to ensure that he maintain the respective area tidy and clean
(Housekeeping) for at least 10 till 15 minute before knock off time.
 Monitoring Crane as per the company procedures to avoid incident during operation and secure
that surroundings are well coordinate and barricaded thereof
 Monitoring scaffolding installed at the job site to secure that the workers comply and follow the
standard safety procedure.
 Conducting morning meeting with the worker (TOOL BOX TALKS)
 Make daily inspections to the workers of the are in prescribed safety outfit.
 Make daily report regarding safety in the job site
 Always keep in the touch with all workers to remind safety
 Perform weekly, monthly, site and office audit regarding equipment, scaffolding in a safety
condition.
 Investigate incident coordination with personal and security officer and recommended
corrective measure.
 Supervise the safety in the job site, check the personal PPE
 Check the Hazards equipment’s and tools.
 Implement the safety rules and instruction as off result observation meeting and safety walk
downs.
 Controlling worker safety in every operation. checking firefighting equipment
 Inspection of necessary work permit when even begin the job.
 Safety presenting before starting the work.
 Routine Inspection for safety.
