Psychology of Happiness: Presentation Report
Presentation report
The topic « psychology of happiness » is a complex area of study that encompasses
various disciplines, including philosophy, sociology, and neuroscience. It explores the nature
of happiness, the factors that contribute to it, and how people can cultivate greater happiness
and well-being in their lives.
In the presentation, each of us has tried to present his vision for happiness, whether
philosophically, scientifically, or by combining sociology and science. this is what I did by
presenting the Keys to happiness
Happiness is like an experience that can vary greatly from person to person. However,
certain keys to happiness are effective for many individuals. These keys can help people
increase their overall sense of well-being and fulfillment in life. Scientists have found that the
three things that make people most happy are PLEASURE (doing things you enjoy),
ENGAGEMENT (feeling interested in your activities and connected to others), and
MEANING (feeling like what you do matters)
My role in this presentation was to share my knowledge about these keys, to educate and
inform my classmate about the various factors that contribute to happiness, their meaning,
their importance in our lives, and why we have to achieve them (their benefits). By having
conducted research, written articles, and books.
The whole presentation was animated by the different photos and diagrams to facilitate the
understanding of the information which made the presentation more fun and easier to follow.
To reinforce the material presented and break the monotony of the presentation, we chose to
end the session with a small activity of a question-and-answer nature which was very fun and
had a great response from our classmates
During the presentation, Our classmates were paying so much attention, during the whole
time of presentation they were avoiding any distractions, such using their phones or engaging
in side conversations , they Engaged very intensily in the activity. They did not ask any
questions in the simple fact that the presentation was so simple to understand. But after the
end of presentation, they were providing constructive feedback by highlighting the strengths
of the presentation and offering suggestions for improvement. They aimed to be respectful,
engaged, and supportive during presentations by creating a positive learning environment.
In fact we tried to share our insights in this topic with classmates, for helpping them to
explore the psychological and social keys that contribute to happiness, for achieving
happiness and well-being.
