OPENING IN NIGERIAN

REFINERY
We are looking for candidates for our Refinery to fill up vacancies for our Refinery
Operation.

Our Refinery has the below-mentioned Units

a. CDU-- Along with Kero Merox, SAT LPG Merox, SAT Gas Concentration,

b. RFCC – Along with LPG Merox, Gasoline Merox, PRU

c. MHC (Mild Hydrocracker)

d. MS Block – Along with CCR, PENEX, NHT

e. ALKYLATION – Along with Alkylation, SHU(Selective Hydrogenation Unit), Butamer and


SAR(Sulfuric Acid Regeneration).

f. RGDU (Scanfining) – Licensor- ExxonMobil

g. PPU – Along with 2 Trains,

h. SRU – Along with ARU, SWS and Palletizer(2 Trains)

i. HGU – Hydrogen Generation Unit

j. Tank Farm – Crude / Product / Gantry / Blending Station, Fuel Oil, Fuel Gas, Flare

OPERATIONS

POSITIONS: From Field Operators up to GM level

QUALIFICATION: Diploma / Graduate in Chemical Engineering

EXPERIENCE: Minimum Six years and above in a large running Refinery


(Downstream), of which Five years should be in any of the above Units.

HSSE

POSITION: From Safety Officers up to DGM – HSSE

QUALIFICATION: Degree in Engineering with Certification in Safety.


EXPERIENCE: Minimum 10 years and above of which minimum of 6 years in steady-
state operating Refinery (Downstream)

PRODUCT QUALITY CONTROL

POSITION: From QA Officers up to DGM – QA level

QUALIFICATION: B.Ss, (Chemistry) / M.Sc., (Chemistry)

EXPERIENCE: Minimum Ten years and above in Operating Petroleum Refinery

MAINTENANCE POSITION

Position: Electrical, Instrument, and Mechanical Maintenance

Qualification: Diploma Degree

Experience: min 10 Years and above in Operating Petroleum Refinery

SENIOR POSITION LEVEL

For Sector Heads: Process Unit- - for Units- FCC, PENEX/ISOM, CCR, Alkylation, MHC, CDU, PPU

1. Minimum qualification- B.E. Chemical

2. Min. Experience- 26 yrs related refinery experience with at least 2 of the units he is looking
after ( ). Earlier experience Should have been for at least 5 units simultaneously.

3. Experience in Operation- Min. 15 years

4. Experience in Technical Services - Units - preferable for at least 5 years

5. Commissioning of the unit- at least two units

6. Experience in direct and indirect employee reporting of at least 100 employees at a time.

For Unit-In-Charge:

1. Minimum qualification- Engineering Degree (Chemical) - at least 4 years course post-Class-12.

2. Min. Experience- 21 yrs - of related unit refinery experience. Same unit experience of at least
10 years.

3. Experience in Operation- Min. 15 years

4. Experience in Technical Services - Units - preferable for at least 5 years but is not a must.
5. Commissioning of the unit- at least two units

6. Experience of direct and indirect employee reporting of at least 30 employees at a time
