Shakuntala, a widow living in Delhi, has executed a will to distribute her movable and immovable property after her death. She has two married daughters, Parmeet Kaur living in Australia and Sarabjeet Kaur living in Delhi. The will states that after Shakuntala's death, all her properties and assets will devolve equally to her two daughters. W I L L

This "WILL" is made and executed at New Delhi on this ____ day of
2021, by Smt. SHAKUNTALA wife of Shri Baldev Singh, Resident of 105-
E, Pocket A-1 (LIG), Near Gurudwara, Mayur Vihar Phase-3, Delhi -
110096 hereinafter called the "TESTATORIX".

Life is short and uncertain, God only knows when it may come to an
end, therefore, in order to avoid litigation and disputes which may arise
amongst my family members as regards to distribution of my movable and
immovable property(ies) after my death. As such I have decided to make
this WILL while being I am in full senses and in good health.

That I am married to Shri Baldev Singh and out of our wedlock two
daughter namely Parmeet Kaur and Sarabjeet Kaur were born.
Unfortunately, my husband expired on 15.02.2020. That my both
daughters are married.

So for as I am alive, I shall be the owner of all my Immoveable and


Moveable Properties, Assets whatsoever and after my death the all my
movable and immovable properties, assets whatsoever I own and possess
at the time of my death, shall go and devolve equally upon my both
daughters namely Mrs. Parmeet Kaur Wife of Harjot Bir Singh, resident
of 1-3, Oxford Street, Mortdale, NSW 2223, New South Wales, Australlia
AND Sarabjeet Kaur wife of Pankaj Dhar resident of 105-E, Pocket A-
1(LIG), Near Gurudwara, Phase -3 Mayur Vihar, East Delhi -110096
absolutely and forever, who then shall be fully competent to use and enjoy
the aforesaid properties, to transfer or alienate the same by way of sale,
gift, mortgage, lease or otherwise to anyone, to get the said properties
transferred, mutated and substituted in their own name as owners in the
records of DDA/L&DO, MCD, Revenue Department or any other
concerned authorities wherever exists, on the basis of this WILL or its
certified true copy, without any further claim, demand and objection by
my other legal heirs and successors.

That no one other than beneficiary of my will have no right to claim


any right, title, interest whatsoever in my above said properties, in future
under any circumstances.

That on one other than my two daughters shall not succeed me, if any one
raise any objection it will be considered as null and void.

I am confident that I have made my intentions very clear and there


should be no disregard of my pious wishes, because dishonour of my
sweet wishes will greatly hurt my soul.
I have executed this WILL voluntarily, without any pressure and in
my full senses. Contents of this WILL have been explained to me in my
own language and I admit and understand the same as true according to
my wish.

This is my last WILL in respect to abovesaid properties. If any WILL


or any other document is found prior to this relating to the same, then the
same shall be treated as cancelled and revoked.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF I, SHAKUNTALA, have executed this WILL


at the place, day, month and year first above written in presence of the
following witnesses, likewise, the witnesses have signed this WILL in my
presence and all of us have signed this WILL at the same time, day, month
and year first above written in presence of each other.
