NATURE OF BUSINESS
Historical Delicacy is a food manufacturing. We make delicious
desserts, but not just ordinary desserts but Filipino desserts
during 1990’s. We sell it in affordable price that all people can buy
and try. Because of our talent in cooking, and passion on trying
and experimenting new things, we decide to start a business that
sells best food and has a good service. All of us want this
business to grow and meet our desire path. We want to be one of
the best company while runs a good business in business
industry, and hope that modern people will not forget our Filipino
desserts.

CHAPTER I
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Historical Delicacies business is located in San Jose
Norte Manabo Abra. It is a dessert business but during 1990s that
we want to give a little twist, to blend with the modern age. This
food business is a combination of lower price, good service and
excellent good in a unique way. Historical delicacies is a ready to
eat food that can be eaten whenever you are. The business aims
to all the children, parents, workers, and olderly to buy our
product and at the same time remember our history. The pricing
strategy of the business, with an affordable price, just for 60-100
pesos per tub and Styro. We the entrepreneurs will go and
promote our business Historical Delicacies in a use of pamphlet
and trough the power of mouths as a strategy on helping us to
promote our product for possible customer. We feel that our
business is uniquely positioned to profit in the industry, and we
feel that our business can continue to reach the expectation we
want and go into higher levels. All of us wants this business to be
one of the well known business in the business world.

MANAGEMENT AND ORGANIZATION
A Company Name : Delicacies Company
Historical delicacies is a food business founded in 2022 and was
proposed by Grade 11 students of Humanities in Social Science as a
requirement for their subject Entrepreneurship. The team came up
with a new idea with the name Historical delicacies and because of
this name we want to bring back the foods back in 19s so that
Filipinos will still remember the sweetness of the 19s. And to succeed
we will provide the best strategies to maintain good service to our
customers.

LOCATION: Our business will be located in roadside of national high


way of San Jose sur near at Manabo national high school. We
decided to put our business in this place since many students ,
parents and teachers pass by for them to go home. Which is a perfect
place for our business, since they can purchase it and it will serve as
their meryenda.

price and to make our beloved customers taste the desserts during

●Manager

The manager of Historical delicacies is Princess Erica B. Gaurino.


She will be the one who’s responsible in ensuring a safe, secure, and
legal work place for the workers to work with. Also ensuring the
health of her employees, physical and emotional, building unity, and
cooperative employee within that business. The manager will be the
one who’s responsible on leading the work of a group of people in
many way she cans.

The financial manager of Historical delicacies is Jansen M. Purisima.

She is the one who’s responsible for the financial health of Historical
delicacies. She is responsible in financial reports of our business and
company and responsible in developing strategies and plan for the
financial goals of our business and company. She will be the in
charge of our money and monitoring cash flow.

●Production Manager

The production manager of historical delicacies is Esteven Daprosa.


He’s responsible for planning and organizing production, schedules,
assessing project and resource requirements, and budgets and
timescales with clients and manager. Analysis and selection of
product method. Ensuring the health and safety of everyone.

●Chef

The chef of Historical Delicacies is Sandara Andres and Lander Jake


Mangaliman. They’re responsible for providing some general
information about the company. They will cook the kakanins that you
will eat. This is a nice opportunity to make a strong impression on
customers and share your cooking skills.

●Waiter

The waiter of Historical Delicacies will be Jeric Bawalan. He will be


the one who’s responsible on greeting guests and serving them.
Knowledgeable about the menu and multi-tasking various duties and
collecting bills.

●Cashier

The Cashier of Historical Delicacies is Johncriss Blando, he will be


the one who will receive your payments. Helping them with any
questions they may have according to our food or place. He will also
keep the workspace clean and tidy at all time.
