Greetings!

This is to request the budget for the Professional Fee of the Civil and Mechanical Engineer for
the renewal of Certificate of Public Convenience (CPC) for all eight (8) pumps of
BWSI – Sto. Domingo Waterworks. This is to ensure that the Drawing Plans and Engineering
Report are signed and sealed by duly respected professional for us to expedite the application
of the operational permit. The breakdown of the requested budget for the payment to
professional engineers are follows:
