PROJECT DESCRIPTIONS

Information and Communication Technology Laboratory (ICT LAB) plays a

vital role in teaching and learning process for students and teachers respectively.

ICT LAB is an auto evaluation tool for learning programming, basic components

and functions of computer system, computer troubleshooting, sharing and

communication. It helps learners to practice and acquire computer skills.

Learning computer skills help a person to become more logical, creative and

innovative.

ICT Laboratory will be proposed in Tigbauan Road Elementary School.

Based on my own experience, I graduated in TRES without having any

knowledge of computer. This ICT Laboratory will provide students a knowledge

about how to use computer. It will help them to develop their skills that they can

improve on their high school. Especially, those students who wants to take

computer related course will not have any hesitation to take after they graduate

because they already had knowledge in computer.

PROJECT OBJECTIVES

 To give knowledge and acquire computer skills to students.

 To teach students logical, innovative and creative thinking skills.

 Let students obtain learnings on how computer works and basic

knowledge in computer software and hardware.

PROJECT COST

The proposal project will begin February 20, 2023. The cost of this project

is estimated approximately ₱890,900.

LABOR

The total labor to pay is 180,500 and it is based on the experience and

technical skills of laborers and technicians.

The total fund is ₱890,900 and the overall total cost is ₱612,819.

Therefore, the total savings is ₱278,081.

INCREASE REVENUES

There is no increase revenue because this project is for students to learn

and not for a business. It will be define as a donation proposal project.

TOTAL

The total of projected return is ₱278,081 which is the left of fund. But the

left will be donated for laboratory purposes.

BENEFITS

ICT LAB is an instrumental in helping students learn, work with software

programs, complete assignments and interact with their instructors. Most

importantly, these ICT LAB enables learners to acquire digital skills critical in the

modern workplace without having to purchase their own hardware and software.

The ICT LAB aims to provide basic functional computer services for users

who may not have access to such technology at home or elsewhere. The

computer lab provides an environment for users to get support and assistance

with computer related issues.

Furthermore, ICT LAB will have a huge benefits to students. It is not only

to learn and acquire knowledge but it is also to prepare student for life after

school, especially in this generation were technology develop and evolve.
