DIVIS LABORATORIES

Divi's Laboratories Limited is an Indian Pharmaceuticals company and producer of active pharmaceutical
ingredients (APIs) and intermediates headquartered in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

The company manufactures and custom synthesizes generic APIs, intermediates and nutraceutical
ingredients.

Divi's Laboratories is India's second most valuable pharmaceutical company by market capitalization .

HISTORY:
Divi's Laboratories was established on 12 th october 1990 as Divi's Research Centre.the company
established its first Manufacturing facility in 1995 at Choutuppal, Telangana. In 2002, the company's
second manufacturing facility commenced operations at Chippada near Visakhapatnam.

FOUNDER:
Murali Divi is the founder of Divi's Labs.

EDUCATION PROFILE
I studied PUC in Hindu high school in Machilipatnam. Then I went to study at MIT, Manipal Academy of
Higher Education. This was a turning point in my life. I joined the Bachelor of Pharmacy course in the
College of Pharmaceutical Sciences. At the end of my bachelor's, I was the gold medallist of the
university. To add to the best, I could also complete my masters with a gold medal from the University
and was awarded as the "Best student of the tenure". After my post-graduation, in search of a job I came
to Hyderabad. My career started with a pay of ₹250 at Warners Hindustan Company.

PRODUCTS:
Divis is among the largest pharmaceutical companies in India with a portfolio of 120 products across
diverse therapeutic areas.

NUTRACEUTICALS:
The product portfolio includes a complete set of Carotenoids such as Beta Carotene, Astaxanthin,
Lycopene, Canthaxanthin as well as other finished forms such as Lutein, Vitamins (A, D3, D2, E Acetate
and A Palmitate).
