(SLA KPI & Penalty Clause)

SN KPI Target Penalty


Penalty will be imposed if SLA exceeds 6
1 Fiber cut(FTKM) 6 cuts per 1000 Km FTKM
      (includes both U/G and Aerial OFC Cuts),
      Penalty will be 5% of PO value
       
2 Restoration Time(MTTR) 4 Hrs for every fault If Average MTTR for all cuts is below 4 hrs
      then no penalty, If it exceeds then , Penalty
      will be 2.50% of PO value.
       
3 Patrolling Compliance 95% of allotted routes Penalty applicable only to routes where fiber
      cut SLA not met and patrolling below 95% of
      allotted route, Penalty will be Rs 2/ Km/ Day
      for short distance
       
4 Intentional cut Zero Lodging of Police complaint/FIR/NCR for all
      intentional cuts and avoidance of the same
      will lead to penalty, Penalty will be Rs 2000
      per intentional cut.
       
5 Fiber losses 0.3 dB/KM If fiber is degraded >0.3dB/Km after cut
      restoration (NOC report) then Penalty will
      be 1% of PO value
       
6 Permanent restoration) 3 days (mutual agreed Applicable for cases where TCTSL SPOC has

      Penalty will be 1% of PO value
i. Penalty to be applicable on monthly basis
ii. Penalty calculation sheet will be prepared as per NOC reports & final published report.
