HR C&B Senior Officer (HCB) : Job Description
Job Description :
• Prepares Compensation and Benefits budget, including the regular monitoring, reporting and adjusting
of the budget
• Coordinates C&B processes, salary planning, bonus planning, new benefits introduction, etc.
• Designs and develops compensation policies and procedures
• Closely cooperates and manages the relationship with the external compensation consulting company
• Participates as the team member in the strategic projects and initiatives
• Design policies to close gaps in the compensation of employees (introducing the internal equity at
affordable costs)
• Advices top managers in taking difficult decisions in the area of compensation, benefits and motivation
of employees
• Manages, leads and develops C&B Analysts also having understanding tax PPh 21,25 dan 29.
• Represent the organization at different HR conferences
• Performing as HR Operations role in Human Resources area with responsible in HR policies & procedure
• Responsible in employee discipline according to HR policies & procedure implementation.
• Employee performance and career evaluation, monitor and set employee contract.
• Assisting for maintaining organization structure of Manpower Planning (MPP) of employee, such as:
new employee, replacement (mutation, rotation, and promotion), and employee termination.
• Provide administrative report and auditing
• Assisting HR Operation Manager to create and implement succession program.
• Assisting HR Operation Manager to set up and deliver career path program.
• Assisting HR Operation Manager to create and implement retain program promotion and
employment strategy.
Requirements :
• Bachelor Degree degree in HR or relevant certification be preferred.
• 8 - 10 years’ relevant experience in human resources
• Having Excellent communication abilities, strong and proven analytical skills, Excellent MS
Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
• Fluently in English
• Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software (including payroll
systems).
• Proven work experience as a HR C&B or similar role.
• Having Excellent active listening, time management skill, negotiation and presentation skills,
• Maintain payment plan and benefits program.
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
• Ability to work under pressure and tough deadlines
• Station in Jakarta , willing to business trip to Batang site
