Note: First Always listen to customer understand their query.

(Agent) = Sir / Mam. I would need some of your details to book the tickets.
1. Please confirm is it one way or round trip?
2. from which station you want depart / Station name or city or station Short code.
3. May I know arrival / station /city/ station short code.
4. Booking date (Round trip then return date also need)
5. How many persons will travel?
6. Any preference for booking if senior citizen or coach, business class?
7. Check the price in https://www.amtrak.com/home.html or Amadeus portal.
/ If customer Is good you can put 30-100 MCO else pitch rate to rate.
8. Inform the fares to customers with time duration and segments.
9. If customer is ok with the fare take billing details (First and last name / Phone
/Email / DOB/ Train details). If Customer have money problem, then ask.
10. May I know Do you have any fixed budget? (Optional to save sale)

IF not able to find routes on Amtrak then check on https://www.rome2rio.com/
And inform the customer for the same. Try to give alternative booking options
like (Car / Flight / Bus).

If customer is ok for other booking option pass the info to your manager.

• After know the price if customer going away tell them if you book right now I
will give you 5% -15% Off on total price. Along with $25-100 Voucher code for
next train booking. This offer is valid only for now.
Note: $50-100 discount only for big ticket size payments like above $1000.



Once customer ok with the pricing and deal Ask important details.

1. May I have traveler first and last name as per the ID’s and each person DOB. ?
2. May I have your email address for E-ticketing.
3. How would like to pay for tickets ( Card / Check / Online wire / cash app / Revolte )
4. You will get Invoice on your email you have to open the invoice and click to pay after
that within 60 minutes you will get your E-tickets in your email.
