DAY 1 Mr. Bardilas give his warmed welcome message to member of
CHRMP-ADS, HILANDER CREDIT COOPERATIVE, ESPERANZA
9:30 - MUNICIPALITY EMPLOYEES UNION (EMEU) and also PGAS
10:00AM PHRMO for being part of their anniversary celebration together
Welcome Message with “PDLs” which is the highlight of the outreach program,
together with Ms. Jaramilla Vice President (CHRMP-ADS)

10:10 - Games Ms. Rogelaine organized the fun activity games provided for
PHRMO L&D STAFF PDLs. There was “Talong-long long da way”, “Message relay”
10:30 AM and “Coin diving”

10:30 - Giving of Hygiene kits Mr. Bardilas rule the roost, giving of hygiene kits to PDLs with a
small snacks offering followed by the other members of the
12:00AM to PDLs CHRMP-ADS, HILANDER CREDIT COOPERATIVE, ESPERANZA,
AGUSAN DEL SUR ESPERANZA MUNICIPALITY EMPLOYEES
UNION (EMEU) and PGAS PHRMO

PIMO shows a short video about how the HRIS System work. and also
explains what are the functionalities of the system, what are its
1:00 – 0:30 REPRESENTATIVE features and how it works. and give a brief detailed explaination
PM about the advantages of the system which will benefits
individual to do their task easily.

10:00-11:00 Message of Gratitude It was ended by a short thanksgiving appreciation to all.
