Improvement Plan (Next Cycle)
Program Description The Schools Division of San Carlos City with its Program
Management Team will conduct a two-day training with 3
batches to all the School Administrators and representatives of
school planning team to refresh them on the guidelines in the
preparation and implementation of the SIP. Schools shall now
prepare the SIP, next cycle to undergo the process on content
for assess, plan and act to be able to update the existing
programs and projects and make the delivery of education
services to the learners more responsive, effective, and
efficient.

Source of Fund Division MOOE
Rationale The Department of Education provides a set of
guidelines (DepED Order No. 44, s.2015) to serve as the
official reference in guiding the school personnel in the
development of an Enhanced School Improvement Plan. The
School Improvement Plan (SIP) of the schools, now on its next
cycle, will be prepared by the members of the School Planning
Team spearheaded by the School Head as the team leader,
taking into consideration the situation analysis of another
group of learners. The systematic approach which is “listening
to the voice of the learners”, will ultimately, help the schools
achieved the goal of providing access to quality education.

Objectives of the Activity This training aims to:

a. re-orient the participants on the step by step process
preparation and development of the SIP,
b. enhance the skills of the participants in the
preparation of the school Report card (SRC), and
c. assist participants in acquiring knowledge and skills
in adopting strategies to increase participation and
involvement of the community and other stakeholders
in making the school a better place for learning.
