 The Indian Institute of Management Raipur believes in building a competent and contemporary pool of budding leaders
capable of managing resources in a globalized environment while being socially responsible, and the International
Relations Committee (IRC) works towards realizing this belief. The IRC is of the view that it is extremely essential for
aspiring business graduate students to get the opportunity to learn and operate in culturally diverse environments, in
order to gain both international exposure and perspective.

The IRC facilitates the International Student Exchange (ISE) program for both incoming and outgoing students ensuring that the program is a
success. It works towards the establishment of new academic alliances with varsities of global repute and strengthening ties with existing
partners, thereby developing a good partner network. This ensures that the students are exposed to a highly enriching international
business culture.

The IRC also assists the International Relations Office (IRO) in various proceedings such as the selection of students to represent the institute
at various international competitions and conferences and provides the required support during the ISE selection process.

HRidhaan - The HR club of IIM Raipur constantly strives to ignite interest towards Human Resource Management and develop interpersonal skills needed for
management professionals in the corporate world.
We act as a platform for providing solutions to HR related academic issues. The club organizes various events throughout the academic year. These include
case study competitions, team building activities etc. which have helped students to improve communication, coordination and interpersonal skills.

What we do?
Events: The club conducted various events such as extempore, quizzes, article writing, case competitions, dashboard creation, treasure hunts and many more.

HR BuZZ: The club issued 'HR BuZZ' is a monthly newsletter. It comprises of recent HR related news, practices adopted by different companies, compensation,
etc., to make the students aware of the current information on HR policy topics like health care, leave rules and other workplace issues.

HR Clavis: These posts on social media handles describe corporate HR word of the week helping students gain knowledge about the varied terminologies.

HR Insights: This series helps the students bridge the gap between industry and college through interviews of industry experts. This brings out the actual lived
real life experience to the students and helps them refine their thinking processes, making it more application oriented.

 The Cultural Club
RANG, keeps the college buzzing with passion and energy
throughout the year. Our club aims at building a home away
from home and bringing everyone together to celebrate
festivities and events with utmost cheer and enthusiasm.
Our motive is to lift the spirits of the students and encourage
them to show their talent and potential to the world by
giving them a platform to be dancers, musicians, actors,
painters, writers, poets, artists and most importantly
dreamers.

RANG is incomplete without the batch and the batch is

incomplete without RANG.

 SPORTS CLUB
We, the Sports Club came into existence for one sole purpose,
that is to inculcate and promote the sports culture amongst
the student and faculty. We can proudly say this is the only
club that has participation from faculties, mind you not as a
judge but as an actual participant.
The club also facilitates the students to participate in
various sports festivals and tournaments organized across
various business schools in the country. We never rest until
every individual participates in at least one of many intra
college tournaments of numerous sports that we conduct
through-out the year to take their mind off the strenuous
academic schedule.
