enhancement of the quality of our products towards our proposition of superior quality, in
order to further satisfy higher and more diverse demands of consumers and to build long-term
trust with all customers.”1

Biti's ethical practices2


"Happy me, happy Bitis" is a campaign that promotes happiness within the company, believing
that only happy employees can build a happy working environment, happy Biti's. Biti's also offer
special treatment for employees, such as:
● Ensure employees' personal life and health
● Provide clean vegetable with affordable price
● Collaborate with a French organization to provide clean water as well as raising
awareness about water among employees
Biti's also aware of its factory environmental impact so they have been taking actions to
minimize greenhouse gas produced from factories, such as utilizing solar energy, designing
environmentally friendly products, and reasonable usage of utilities.

Biti's CSR Investment: Sapaly Train between Hanoi - Lao Cai


Sapaly Express Train is a 4-star train service operated by Sapaly hotel, first launched in 2010.
Sapaly Express Train promises an enjoyable trip that provides wonderful sleep throughout their
journey as if they are in a superior hotel. This has promoted economic growth as well as the
local labor market by creating more jobs through boosting tourism.

Biti's CSR projects


Biti's also operate other projects such as bringing clean water to communities in remote areas -
with 11 clean water systems, Happy school in Hue or involving planting trees in forest. Each of
these projects focused on a different aspect in helping society, specifically fulfilling basic needs,
education and environment respectively.

How has Biti's focus on CSR influenced companies' activities?
For Biti's, CSR has a major influence on the companies' activities, especially on its BST and
marketing campaign. For example, "Con rong chau tien" campaign has received huge support
from the general public. More than 1,000 PR content published, 28 TV stations broadcasted the
campaign without asking for marketing fee and online interaction of 1M with 0.98-0.99 rate of
positive emotion impact.

Within the business in 2018, "Cuoc dua co tich" event was hosted for 9,000 employees and their
family (from office to factory) to help employees feel more connected with the company
because they got to first-hand involvement in improving the shoe.
