How has Biti's focus on CSR influenced companies' activities?
For Biti's, CSR has a major influence on the companies' activities, especially on its BST and
marketing campaign. For example, "Con rong chau tien" campaign has received huge support
from the general public. More than 1,000 PR content published, 28 TV stations broadcasted the
campaign without asking for marketing fee and online interaction of 1M with 0.98-0.99 rate of
positive emotion impact.
Within the business in 2018, "Cuoc dua co tich" event was hosted for 9,000 employees and their
family (from office to factory) to help employees feel more connected with the company
because they got to first-hand involvement in improving the shoe.
