Dear Kaviya K,

Hope you and everyone in your family are safe and healthy. Last couple of years been very
challenging for everyone. Even at CDPL we have witnessed many odds, in spite of the same with
collective efforts of each one of us, we have emerged stronger. We appreciate your contributions and
ownership in achieving the goals.

With reference to your application and subsequent interview had with us, we are pleased to offer you
the position of Data entry, Back Office in our organization. at our office at Chennai International
Airport, Airport Rd, Meenambakkam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600027.

As discussed with you, your total compensation and emoluments are as indicated in
Annexure - I. You will receive a detailed appointment letter from us at the time of joining. To
complete all joining formalities, please refer Annexure - II.

You are advised to join on or before 20th March 2023. In case you do not join us in the stipulated time,
this offer will be withdrawn at the sole discretion of the management.

Airports Authority of India are taking 2175/- INR for the all process. "it will be refundable”. A
security amount of 2175/- INR needed to pay 2175/- refundable in HR round.

Benefits
Gratuity - Gratuity is a benefit given for your service to the organization, paid out at the time of
separation or retirement. You are eligible to receive gratuity on completion of at least 3 Years of
continuous service with the Company.

LTA Reimbursement - As per the income tax act, LTA Reimbursement is non-taxable for two trips in
the block of four years. You can claim LTA in the month of March. LTA will be paid as per income tax
act, if claimed as exemption.

Group Mediclaim & Hospitalization Insurance (GMC) - All the employees are insured by the
company as per the policy to provide them with financial assistance through the hospitalization
cover. Under the Group Mediclaim Insurance Policy, employee and the immediate family members
are covered. Coverage amount is Rs. 2.00lacs (Corporate Floater).

Group Personal Accident Insurance (GPA) - The sum assured is three times of your Annual Total
Fixed Pay. The coverage under GPA is for employee only.

Group Term Life Insurance (GTL) - The sum assured two times of your Annual Total Fixed Pay. The
coverage under GTL is for employee only.

Incase if you are leaving the organization within 2 years from your date of joining, the Joining Bonus,
Relocation Expenses, Notice Period Buy-Out, Travel Expenses, Accommodation Expenses, School
fees reimbursement, House Brokerage and all other expenses related to joining shall be recovered.

Annexure - II

(A) You are requested to submit the documents listed below at the time of joining:

1. All educational certificates, both original and one set of photocopies


2. 5 recent passport size photographs
3. Relieving letter from your previous employer
4. Service certificate from previous employer
5. Permanent Identification Number (PAN) Card
6. Address Proof
7. ICICI Bank account details for crediting salary
8. Provident Fund UAN (Unique Account Number)
9. Last 3months Pay slip.

(B) You will be required to undergo pre-employment Medical examination to certify your
fitness. Alternatively, if you have recently undergone a comprehensive medical examination
at an established hospital, in the last three months, you may submit the reports from the
same.

(C) Personal details submitted by you with reference to your educational certificates and
previous employment will be verified by “Hire Right” on our behalf. This would be an online
check and you are requested to cooperate with the same.

Corporate IC Target for 2023 - Actual payout would depend upon the performance of Par Global, your unit
performance and your individual performance rating. Your Corporate Incentive Component will be paid as indicated,
but on prorate basis based on number of month of service during the calendar year 2023. As per the company's policy
this payment is subject to the employee must be employed with the Company through March 1st of the payment year
(or the last working day of February if March 1st occurs on a weekend or holiday)”.
