1. To carry out "Proper and Effective Maintenance and Repair", the time intervals between overhauls, inspections and replacements should be essential for a safe and efficient operation.
2. Chief Engineer to enter last done date, running hours since last job done. Should work was performed more than 2 times in a month, enter the last workdone date.
3. Maker maintenance manual and guidelines must be refered to prior any overhauling/servicing the machinery items.
5. If any critical machinery are placed under prolonged SHUT DOWN for maintenance or repair (scheduled/unscheduled), the Head Office must be informed. The agreed period of repair must be advised for Head
Office concurrence. On board Risk Assessment MUST be carried out and submit to office before the shut down.
6. Chief Engineer intend to change job intervals in PMS by assessing the machinery performance, he must seek approval from Head Office.

1. To carry out "Proper and Effective Maintenance and Repair", the time intervals between overhauls, inspections and replacements should be essential for a safe and efficient operation.
2. Chief Engineer to enter last done date, running hours since last job done. Should work was performed more than 2 times in a month, enter the last workdone date.
3. Maker maintenance manual and guidelines must be refered to prior any overhauling/servicing the machinery items.
5. If any critical machinery are placed under prolonged SHUT DOWN for maintenance or repair (scheduled/unscheduled), the Head Office must be informed. The agreed period of repair must be
advised for Head Office concurrence. On board Risk Assessment MUST be carried out and submit to office before the shut down.
6. Chief Engineer intend to change job intervals in PMS by assessing the machinery performance, he must seek approval from Head Office.
