Answer Question ONE and any other Two

1. Identify the question that the Milesians (Thales, Anaximander and Anaximenes) sought
to answer and make brief notes on their responses. [30 marks]

2. Heraclitus and Parmenides disagreed on their views about reality. Discuss how each
supported their positions. [20 marks]

3. Briefly highlight and discuss the characteristics of the logos and show how they relate to
human rationality. [20 marks]

4. Explain how the views of Plato and Aristotle differ regarding the existence of things in
the world. [20 marks]

5. Discuss the possibility of the human being existing as body and sol. [20 marks]
