A. Project Title

“HOTEL & RESTAURANT COMPLEX”

B. Design Brief

A Malaysian multibillionaire tycoon Vincent Tan want to build a Hotel and

Restaurant with a Tropical Asian Architecture Style (Malaysian) in the most
beautiful and popular beach here in the Philippines or so what they call crowning
jewel of tourism because of its viability which is Boracay. He wants all of his
antique collections to be showcase and present to all his guest. “Since now
Boracay is more exclusive than ever, it is a perfect place for my friends,
business partners and colleagues” he quotes.
The Project is geared towards catering to guests at the highest level.
Therefore, everything from the hotel's exterior down to interior design elements
should display excellent quality and great attention to detail. Exceptional
levels of proactive service and customer care are essential, such as valet
parking, escort to bedrooms, proactive table service in bars and lounges and
breakfast, 'concierge' service, 24-hour reception, 24-hour room service, full
afternoon tea.
Room sizes, layouts should allow a delivery method that ensures the highest
guest dining experience for room service. The significant majority of bedrooms
should be spacious, allowing excellent ease of use for movement, comfort, dining,
and relaxation. The beds and headboards are of excellent quality with good design
details. Spacious, luxurious, and numerous toilet facilities with refinements
and high quality should be taken into consideration.
The Project must boast additional facilities, e.g., secondary dining,
leisure, spa. All of the facilities are included in the price, and guests can
expect personalized treatment and service. The Project must have at least one
restaurant, open to residents and non-residents for all meals seven days a week.
Since Boracay clean-up, rules, regulations and requirements in the area
must be strictly complied such as:
1. Sewage Treatment Plant is required
2. Gray Water Tank is required
3. A clear 50m from the shoreline is non-buildable area
4. Waste management system
