Day 01

Good morning. This is Sathish S.

Today we are going to discuss about Kṛtajña day one, Kṛtajña (gratitude).

Today let us first begin with this concept of Thanksgiving for our body.

Yes, you heard it right. Today we're going to start giving our gratitude for our body. There is a very
long and detailed description in almost many languages, it is very clearly discussed that this body is
the temple where our soul resides.

In many circumstances, we do not give gratitude for our body. Instead, only recognize as and when
there is a pain in a particular part of our body. So, until there is a pain, we don't even have courtesy
for that particular part of our body.

This is the one of the reasons that while doing various yoga asanas or physical workout each and
every part of the body has been utilized to the maximum and they are focused for the optimized
better usage. Incase when we are not doing any kind of a physical practice, physical exercises, yoga
or even warm up practices, then the pain what we encounter is due to some kind of an issue rather
than caused by workout.

So guys now so let's recognize that place or the entire body without even any regrets. Now lets
begin.

Steps :

1. Close your eyes. Sit straight. Neck straight slow steady have a broad smile in your face.
2. Let the broad smile be passed on to your eyes, and then to your entire face is smiling slow and
steady.
3. Thank your body, show Kṛtajña the gratitude for giving a wonderful body that has brought you
all the way. Now here's.
4. In case if there is any kind of a pain, just look at that as if there is an energy block. And tell that
this is not going to last for a long. And this will be fixed right away.
5. The entire body is now getting fixed and you are happy. Slow and steadily, the body gets
rejuvenated, you feel that the smile from your lips going all the way to your eyes. Now the entire
happiness has spread throughout your body. And now you're feeling good. Slow and steadily,
with a couple of wink of your eyes.
6. Open your eyes with a broad smile. Thank you. Kṛtajña

So today's, gratitude is this. We will be looking at every piece of information, slow and steady.
