AFFIDAVIT OF DECLARATION

I, JOCELYN NIU DIAZ, of legal age, Filipino citizen , married but separated to
CECILIO DIAZ, and with address at 64 A. Bonifacio Street, Arty Subdivision,
Valenzuela City, after having been sworn to in accordance with law hereby depose and
say;

1. That I am the buyer of a residential house and lot from Marilao Grand
Villas, more particularly Lot No. 13, Block No. 36, Phase I, located at Loma
De Gato, Marilao, Bulacan;

2. That at the time I bought the property on installment, the down payment
and the monthly amortization are of my own industry/income and no
such contribution or participation whatsoever from estranged husband,
was contributed;

3. That I hereby certify under oath that the said house and lot was mine and
my investment alone to the exclusion of husband who have not consented
thereto, although he is still my husband considering that our marriage ties
has not been legally annulled;

4. That I am executing this affidavit in order to attest to the truth and the
foregoing circumstances and in support of my request to the developer,
PAG-IBIG FUND and the Registry of Deeds or to any other office to have
this declaration annotated as a matter of record and for whatever legal
purpose this may serve.

FURTHER, AFFIANT SAYS NOTHING.

JOINT WAIVER OF RIGHTS


(OVER RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY)

WE, ANTONINA BUDOMO, of legal age, widow and JONATHAN


BUDOMO, married, Filipino citizens and presently a resident of #9-A, Matahimik
Street, Bgy. Malaya, Quezon City, after having been sworn to in accordance with law
hereby depose and say;

1. That we are the listed buyers of a residential lot from Asian Land Strategies
Corp., more particularly described as Grand Royale 4A, Block 101, Lot 5,
comprising 95 sq. meters, more or less;

2. That our names were listed only as the buyers of the said property by
reason of our authority as Attorney-in-Fact of the actual buyer who was
JENNIE GUARIN BUDOMO, our daughter/sister;

3. That we have no more claims whatsoever, as we hereby waive any and all
claims against the said property, in favor of my daughter/sister or
whomsoever is her transferee or assignee;

4. That we are executing this affidavit in order to the attest to the truth of the
foregoing facts and circumstances and in support of JENNIE GUARIN
BUDOMO’s request to transfer the property in her name and for whatever legal
purpose this may serve.
