Overall, how would you grade the quality of your internship experience?

Briefly explain why you gave the site this grade?
The overall experience was very good, the leadership was outstanding. I feel like I was able to learn a lot from a data
perspective.

Please briefly describe your anticipated projects and activities at the beginning of the internship. Did you get
to participate in these activities as expected? If not, please tell us why and what activities you were assigned
to do instead.
The anticipated project would be to go door to door, but now that I’ve been working on it for about 4 months, we
ended up sending letters to their homes. The letters are a lot more credible versus one going door to door.

In order to assist the Department with making recommendations to future interns, we request your assistance with
evaluating the quality of your internship experience at the site you selected. Your answers will not affect your
internship grade in any way so your honesty and detail would be appreciated.

The best part of my internship was the learning experience, from an outside perspective to see how what we have
learned in classes actually looks like when it’s put to work
What was the worst part of your internship?
The worst part of my internship was the waiting and developing back up ideas. The waiting to hear from legal team
from Novant Health and the developing back up ideas that we would probably not use but would have to have them in
place if the legal team asked for different proposals.
