2. Discuss TWO (2) differences between batch and real-time processing.

3. There are two methods that can be used in processing data. Identify both of the processing
methods and provide TWO (2) advantages of using each method.

4. Describe whether batch processing or real-time processing method will be most appropriate
for each of the following activity and justify your answer:

i. Make an online reservation


ii. Register for a university course
iii. Prepare a biweekly payroll checks
iv, Process an order through an e-commerce Web site
v. Prepare a daily cash deposit
vi. Preparation of customer bills by a local utility companies
