This document provides a checklist for installing transformers with 12 items to check including: 1) type and quantity, 2) location per drawings, 3) vertical and horizontal alignment, 4) level per design, 5) spacing with other equipment, 6) hangers and supports, 7) bolts and nuts, 8) phase per manufacturer, 9) grounding, 10) paint, 11) nameplate and symbol, and 12) filing shop drawings.
