Rapidly Evolving Technology – As technology advances, some older
devices may become obsolete or difficult to repair. An electronic repair
shop may need to continually invest in training and equipment to keep up.
Opportunities:
Expansions into new markets – An electronic repair shop may be able to
expand its services to include repairs for other types of devices, such as
home appliances or automotive.
Threats:
