PROJECT - I GUIDELINES FOR HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT

2022 – 2023
SEMESTER - II

Project Period: 1/9/2021 to 13/10/2021


An Introduction

a. Project helps students to understand different responsibilities of HR.


b. Project has 8 credits and the students will start working on the project by September 1 st
week
c. It is an individual project. Students should select a topic related to Human Resources.
d. Once the project is selected students will have to report on the progress to the guide
regularly.
e. For the Viva the student will have to make a presentation to the examiner.

Key Points to Remember:

1. The Project Work undertaken should be authentic and should contribute towards the
development and growth of the subject. If we feel that the Project Work undertaken
does not appear to be authentic or does not contribute towards the growth of the
subject or that it has been merely copied from some source, the Institute has the
right to reject the Project Work summarily. In that case, the student may be asked to
resubmit the Project.
2. Do not try to deceive with either your methodology or the conduct of your project. Be
as honest as you can. The project is being evaluated not just for its quality but the
primary emphasis is on knowledge enhancement.

4. For viva‐voce, the following points need to be kept in mind:


a. Kindly one copy of the report
b. Time required for viva voce cannot be laid down. It can last from 15 to 30

objectives, methodology, Key findings, and recommendations.
 Introduction: This section provides the background, context, and scope of the project,
along with the problem statement.
 Literature Review: This section reviews the relevant literature, theories, and concepts
related to the project topic.
 Research Methodology: This section explains the research design, data collection
methods, sample size, and data analysis techniques used in the project.
 Results and Findings: This section presents the results of the data analysis, along with
relevant tables, charts, and graphs.
 Interpretations: This section interprets the findings, discusses their implications.
 Conclusion and Recommendations: This section summarizes the key findings, draws
conclusions, and provides recommendations for future research or practice.
 Appendices: This section includes additional information, such as survey instruments,
