School-Based Scouting Activity

1. Pursuant to Division Letter No. 96, s. 2017, School Calendar S.Y. 2017
to 2018, every school is enjoined to conduct school-based division wide
simultaneous activity on August 17 to 19, 2017.

2. The objective of this activity is to train boys and girls of their


responsibilities in their respective units, home and community and to equip
them of scouting skillsto become productive citizens of our country.

3. The BSP/GSP School Coordinator shall accomplish the narrative


report following the format found in Enclosure No. 1 - Narrative Report
noted by the Institutional Head, concurred by Public Schools District
Supervisor and submit to the District BSP/GSP Coordinator for consolidation
together with the Matrix, Program and Photos of scouting activities on
August 25,2017.

4. Furthermore, the BSP/GSP School Coordinator shall secure Enclosure


No. 2 - Parental Consent of the scouters.

5. The District BSP/GSP Coordinator shall consolidate and submit the


hard copy of the enclosed document to this office, attention: Mr. Melky B.
Arboleda, Project Development Officer I and Ms. Sheena Ricka Y.
Mamburam, Project Development Officer Ion or before August 30,2017.

6. Immediate and wide dissemination of this Memorandum is desired.
