The Gusi Whiskey is a alcohol beverages products with a high end quality
and services. The target audience of the business is mostly 21 above that
can afford to buy the product. The Gusi Whiskey is made by Mr. Magsino
eventually he thinks that he can make it a business with the help of his
friends and family Mr. Magsino successfully made "The Gusi Whiskey".
This product can be only seen at the Bonifacio Fort City near at the Ayala
mall so it easily attract customer to increase the sale income most people
around the BGC are rich or can afford to buy the product.
Channels
The Gusi Whiskey has different channels to expand our products nation
wide and attract customers. Most customer use social media, magazines or
visiting a website page. Therefore the owner chosen channels are social
media, social media helps to attract the customer so they can visit our store
through our wrbsite page, website page helps us to communicate easily to
customers with their concerns and respond as much as possible and aso
this helps us to display our product lessen cost transportation. We also
have magazines, because some customers still reading magazines to
attract and be latest to the updates of current trends and issue. Flyers, we
use flyers to given it to the crowded places or near store so they can pay a
visit to the store and might buy our product
Customer Relationships
Costumer Relationship is important to business. Costumer are the one who
will give us the money we all want, so it’s important to have a good
communication to them and treat them right. There are many factors to
make our relationship with our customers more convenient. One is
satisfaction, by giving them better taste of our products, second will be
service, it’s important to give our costumer a better service, third is quality
by giving them the best class of alcohol product, and lastly reliability, we
will make sure that the product they will be drinking is pure and safe to
them.

Key Partners
Key partners are the relationship that you have with the other business. Our
key partners for our business is more likely to be found around cities, who
are also working and trading goods to other businesses. Our main partner
was Alcohol distributor and bars & restaurants, they are the one who supply
us and give customers who will consume or buy our products. Our minor
partners are the ones who manufactures and package our alcohol products,
the Bottlers. These partner-ships that we will undoubtedly create will be
forces that help our business succeed in areas that would be inefficient for
you to do yourself.
Key Activities
The Key activities of a business represent what the company must do to
make the business model work. This involves the main mission as to the
existence of the company. Theses are the activities that give a company
the meaning for its existence. These activities can be producing a product
or providing a service, or a mix of both. Our activities may include learning
more about the customers and new production techniques to improve our
product. We are already producing a liquor it’s called THE GUSI
WHISKEY, our whiskey are somewhat light drink with a distinctive smoky
malt flavor that can drink by anyone whether it’s female or male. One of our
activities may be to doing market research to find out if our customers are
happy with our drink or if we need to update our liquor to better fit their
needs. Since key activities are primarily a bridge between our value
proposition and our customer segment, this type relate to coming up with
new solutions to individual customer problems. These are the most
important actions of our company must perform to operate successfully.
Like Key Resources, they are required to create and offer a Value
Proposition, reach markets, maintain Customer Relationships, and earn
revenues. And like Key Resources, Key Activities differ depending on
business model type.
Making sure that our business will succeeds is not easy, but creating and
understanding in our business model can help in ensuring optimal
operations that contribute to success. A business model is essentially a
description of how the different elements of the business work together.
Building a business model can get complicated, and this is why knowing
what a business model canvas is can be advantageous. Key activities are
the the key things that we need to do in order to deliver our value
propositions to our costumers.
PACKEGING & SHIPPING
Boxes with dividers especially made for packing wine or beer bottles. We
Secure the bottom of the box with extra tape so bottles won't fall out. Our
bottles is tightly corked and sealed. And we bubble wrap around the bottle,
and do it in such a way that the top and bottom of the bottle are also
thoroughly covered boxes with dividers especially made for packing wine or
beer bottles. Before we start shipping our product I will check if I’m allowed
to have a permit or not. For that I need a valid approval of my local state
board. There’s no way to allowed to ship my alcohol product otherwise it
will be considered illegal if I choose to do so.

The good quality of GUSI whiskey is made in a natural flavor, 60% alcohol
flavor. The GUSI whiskey is not very harmful alcohol because we made this
for those who want a natural alcohol. There’s nothing to worry about the
side effect, because this is low % alcohol and we have a different fruits
flavor. The taste of GUSI whiskey is super delicious and good for our
heart .

Key Resources
The Gusi whiskey key resources are human, transportation and
intelligence, human resources such as the business have is bartender,
Sales lady, Manager and staffs that manufactured the profuct. Next is we
have the transportation resources like delivery or pick up the things that will
be needed to expand the finish products to our reseller. The last is we have
the brand, it is a intellegence resources that helps our business to known
by seeing our trademarks and orignal a quality. The Gusi Whiskey key
resources helps to gain income sales and maintain the processes of the
product to make sure not to disappoint customets and deliver it on time .
Cost Structure
The management of our product monitors four area costs:
Ingredients Costs – In ingredients costs, the management monitors the
expenses in buying ingredients. The employees are also responsible for
updating the stocks of ingredients. If the ingredients are about to run out,
the management will buy another stock of ingredients from the market and
deliver it to the stockroom. Employees then are advised to check for any
expired or other concerns to ensure the safety of making our product.
Manufacturing Costs – In manufacturing costs, the management inspects
the factory itself. We try to update all machines that are used in making the
product. The maintenance of this area includes buying new machines and
replacing the old and outdated ones to make sure that the process upon
making the product will be smooth and is according to plan.
Employees Salaries – As a responsible management, we always make
sure that our employees receive their salaries as scheduled. The
management makes lists of who are to be given their salaries and on what
day they should receive it.
Delivery Payments – Delivery payments are the most basic area among the
four because it only focuses on the delivery schedules and payments.
Before the delivery, the employees check if the products that will be
delivered are complete and gives the drivers certain instructions before
going out.
As our business continue, we promise to think of plans that will contribute
to the development of our product and even the platform itself by thinking of
innovative features that can be added to the platform.
