2. Research Project Report (RPR) Work will be carried out under the core faculty of the department.
3. Three hard bound printed copy in black cover with golden color and one soft copy in pdf format (on CD-ROM only) of the
project report should be submitted to the guide of the institute and out of that one copy should be retained by the student.
4. The printed copy of the Project Report must bear the project completion certificate signed by the institute project guide.
5. The Project Report will be evaluated by the examiners duly constituted by the Institute.
6. The Project Report should reflect the candidate’s own understanding, estimation and analysis of the subject under study.
7. Every student has to make a presentation and appear in the Viva-Voce examination on the Project Work.
8. The Project Report must be submitted within the stipulated time and date.

GUIDELINES FOR RESEARCH PROJECT REPORT (RPR)
FRONT PAGES
I. The Research Project Report(RPR) must be hard bound only with black binding.
II. Sequencing of the Pages
The top of the report must have the title page embossed in golden color in
the format attached with the guidelines given in Annexure A.
The title page (front cover) and the first page within the report should be the
same.
The second page is the Certificate issued by the Industry Mentor / Company on
the company letter pad. (Annexure B)
The third page is Certificate of Originality (Annexure C)
The fourth page is Acknowledgement page (Annexure D)
The fifth page is Executive Summary
The sixth page is the Table of Contents
All the above mentioned pages must be numbered in Roman numbering, viz. (i),(ii)…(vi)
etc. from page first to table of contents page.
III The report will have pages numbered from the introduction page onwards in
Anglo-Saxon (English) numbers, viz. 1, 2, 3, etc.

GUIDELINES FOR RESEARCH PROJECT REPORT PRESENTATION
Instructions for the Students
1. Length
The project Report should contain minimum 75 or more pages. The Report should be printed 1.5
spaced on A4 size paper excluding front till Table of Contents page and references but including
tables and figures. The body text should be in Times New Roman font size 12. The title should
be in the font size 20. The sub headings would follow in the font size of 16, 14, and 12 bold.
The following information should be presented in this order with all text centered:
(a) The title (not more than ten words) and subtitle, if any

6. Executive Summary
A summary of the project, of approximately 150 words (Times New Roman 12pt regular, single
line spacing), is required. This should briefly state the main objectives, findings and conclusion.
7. Table of Contents
The list of tables and figures (diagrams, graphics, and illustrations) should follow the list of
contents and each has its own numbering sequence.

Chapter 5: Conclusions and Recommendations
This section evaluates the information/data presented in the previous section. Comparison of
result and conclusion with those of previous authors , reassessment of the hypothesis (if any)
and discussion of the broader implications for management, industry, government organizations
or other appropriate bodies.
References: References and citations should be completed in all respect to enable the reader to
look up the source material and give credit to the author(s) of the source material. All the
references should be cited in the body of the text and arranged in alphabetical order. Keep
uniformity in the references. All references should be in APA Format as shown below:
