It is only when you have been away for awhile that you realise what a bizarre group the WH3 are. There is a kind of end of the world feeling to the whole thing the sort of feeling that you get when you are in a railway station as the last train leaves on Christmas Eve! Cross this feeling with Animal House and a Philippine Mardi Gras and you get a flavour of last Sundays Pilipino National Day Hash! Take for example, the surreal sight of Backdraft in a Lord of the Flies/Japanese POW loin cloth walking around Wanchai Park as if this was normal (it is on the Southside but that is a mute/gay point). And no ladies, he is not as buff as he makes out but then after marriage it is all down hill. As for the loincloth, this is up there with Old Sock showering in public in Tuen Wan several weeks ago! Another strange sight was the gorilla like Just Come giving up the run to go looking for his mum and then worrying if she caught him swearing in the Circle! Seriously mum we have a politeness policy in the WH3 and we would never name our hashers Anal Invitation and Lesbian Buttslap! Honestly! Strange days in deed (as my mate John Lennon used to say) and we havent even got to Motormouth and Freewheel. For the record, I think Freewheel did run. As for Motormouth, be serious! About 70 made it to the hash although only half of these ran! Things are looking up in terms of attendance and the fact that less people are taking the run seriously. Those that made the 4pm jump off meant they missed the Roland remembrance service/free drink at Carnegies. I say this so that you youngsters appreciate there is some ancient history to the WH3 (he was a founder) and not because Dances of Dogs repeated this to me 10 times on Friday night (thanks for the free drink by the way Mr Pin Ball Theory). I digress. It was Pilipino National Day which celebrates the end of the American shag fest in Angles City. As far as the WH3 goes, this means two things. Weird trail markings (flags in this particular case) and games! Now I know some of my gentle readers will groan but I have to say the coconut game was excellent with Lily the Drink and Emma Royde putting in

superb performances. Well done Big P for organising things and keeping discipline. Bolton Bollocks was put in his place and was quiet as a mouse! The trail it self was 50% identical to the last run from Wanchai Park heading down Queens Rd and then up Ship Street passed the haunted red house (a former Japanese comfort house I should point out) and then up to Bowen Road, across to HK Cricket Club and then back down to Happy Valley. Bloody long (10.5km) but not painful for me since I did the wimps with Shithouse (I was still feeling poorly after having the crap kicked out of me by Macau Hash three weeks ago!). That said it was painful for the House of Shit as he was attacked by hornets (as was Wanchai Wanker and Little Wanchai Wanker these hornets have no taste). Mr Gadget (Hopeless) was in full use mode dishing out Piriton and then anti-septic cream for Backdraft's cut hand (too much galloping the maggot (US stroking the salami) if you know what I mean). And very much like the current plague of Rohypnol cases in Wanchai so the dreaded Hong Kong lurgi has knocked out both our dear leader, F3M and Just Come. The fact that these two have been seen in each others company and both have a mouth/throat infection at the same time is completely irrelevant and is nasty gossip that does not deserve to be spread so please stop all rumours! With regards to the Rohypnol cases, Camel has been hit five times and says it is the best 5 nights he has had in Wanchai as he did not have to spend any money to get legless! The fact that the GM had been laid low by Just Comes herpes (and I heard some were grateful as it meant their hearing aid batteries lasted longer) did not stop the intrepid Bravefart from a disorderly circle that included both namings and our very own hash mini-Olympics. These games were conducted by a ferocious Big P and consisted of the following: Game 1 Egg & Spoon Captain Pubic was the winner I think although this was because he played football with the egg as far as I could see! Game 2 Swing your dong game Camel won of course!! Game 3 Coconut game quite good this one yes Emma Royde did not lose the opportunity to exercise his gag and grope capabilities!!! Game 4 Underwear Game Close run with Catch of the Day but a rare burst of modesty meant the White Pussy/Tiger got to display his pale but impressive biceps and size the day! The long day waned with two namings by stand in RA, Hopeless, who I will say preserved decorum (Just Comes Mum was obviously about) and his legacy (as I was about) and renamed White Tiger to White Pussy and also named Squeeze Me.

Food was served al fresco by our delightful Pearls of the Orient and then it was over to Black Widows boudoir in Wanchai. Now that feels like the end of the world! Tremble and Obey!
