SCHOOL INSPECTORATE TEAM, AND PROPERTY CUSTODIAN

TO: All School Personnel

1. Pursuant to the provision of Republic Act 9184, otherwise known as the


Government Procurement Reform Act and its Implementing Rules and Regulations,
Department Order No. 027 s. 2020 and other government rules and regulations, the
following committees and teams are hereby reconstituted as follows:

Bids and Awards Committee:


Chairperson: Letecia S. Gapuz
Members: Joyce B. Basco
Carmela C. Angwit
Nerisa C. Dino
Paulina P. Canite
Provisional Member: Cruzaldo C. Atos

Inspectorate Team and Inventory Committee:


Chairperson: Evangeline S. Tagapan
Members: Carmela C. Angwit
Joyce B. Basco
Nerisa C. Dino
Provisional Member: Vicenta Dacnes

2. Additionally, the following teacher shall be designated School Property Custodian


and Supply Officer effective with its corresponding rights pending the official
designation from the Division Office:

School Property Custodian: Letecia S. Gapuz

3. This order shall take effect immediately. Previous issuances are hereby rescinded.
